Hotel worth spending a night in,with train,taxi and buse shuttles around.Sitouated next to Rosebank Mall for efficient shopping.

Lovely lobby with coffee, bar area to sit and meet someone. Opens onto outdoor garden area which is lovely to sit in during summer, is like an atrium so very quiet. Good service. This is a classy hotel.

If you stay there go to the Grillhouse it is right next to the Hotel or just ask at the Hotel where it is!

Good hotel with attached shopping mall, good restaurant one nine one in the hotel, great wine selection and great dishes. Room ok, but quite noisy.

What a beautiful hotel and lifestyle center! It is exceptionally designed and well positioned to everything from Gautrain, Rosebank mall and more. Always enjoy my stay and conferencing at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel located in the Rosebank neighborhood. Typically of the high quality one expects from a Hyatt property.

Not comparing to other hotels in area with similar rates. Food not top standard, only decaf coffee in rooms. However, very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice courtyard for drinks in summer. Had someone smoking (illegally) cigars in the outside eating area of the restaurant. Not good! When I asked staff about it they said I must move inside. Inside the smoke was still drifting into the restaurant as he was sitting in front of the open door. I've never seen something so ridiculous.

Great venue for conferences, corporate meetings and events. Convenient, close to the mall@rosebank and gautrain station.

The food is just well prepared, delicious with a wonderful service from staff..

Great hotel, excellent service, there is a market that appreciates the hotel, it has a big mo, but it is beautiful and has nice restaurants in a restaurant named (piza e vino)

I was only here for a few hours...but it looked pretty nice...upscale..you know...fancy.

Nice hotel in a rally good location. Ajoined to the zone and the fire shopping centres. Lots of facilities at the shopping centre including movies, restaurants, shopping and games. The hotel itself is also quite a nice one with comfortable rooms. Also just a quick walk to Rosebank mall across the road from the zone.breakfast quite good

Lovely hotel. Efficient staff, and despite arriving on a very busy day, I was assisted quickly. The parking was rather expensive however.

This is not a 5-star hotel. The place is old, it's dirty, dusty, and reeks of smoke! Simple things like outlet covers are falling out of the wall, shower knobs are installed incorrectly...etc. It lacks attention to detail.

The staff is super friendly and tries to be helpful and does their best. They definitely want to do good work, and I am sorry they have to work in these conditions, but their efforts simply cannot out weight the state of the hotel itself.

To be honest, I can deal with old, and I can even maybe tolerate dusty, but smoke, that's a definitive no! Technically this is a non-smoking hotel, but that rule is cheerfully ignored by everyone involved. Combine smoke with lack of ventilation, and you end up coughing all night long, only to wake up with swollen eyes.

I am looking forward to the day when this hotel is remodeled, and 21st century views are both aspired to and followed. Till then, I would try to stay somewhere else.

Try the restaurant downstairs for a great cappachino.

I waited an hour for towels making me late, room service doesn t answer the line and the concierge is indifferent - THIS is why I can t find them on any of the booking sites. And thanks to a now 1,5 hour delay I have now run out of nappies and housekeeping doesn t keep. The Four Seasons keeps nappies. At least I don t have to clean the carpet.

Security staff need to respect other human beings ...today in the morning i was shouted at by a guy he said to me....MASAKA ...which means stupid or poor....he is a guard but have the guts to do that...

My husband and I were fortunate enough to be "gifted" a 2 night stay and all I can say is WOW! It was amazing, there was a bottle of champagne and a beautiful fruit platter waiting for us when we checked in, service was top notch.
