It is highly recommended. There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel and it is also convenient for public transportation such as subway. It is also possible to walk on foot to such scenic spots. The staff was very friendly and the condition of the room was really clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also delicious and delicious. Above all, you can take a free shuttle bus to Kowloon Station, which is more advantageous than the other hotels, because the shuttle bus stops are arranged in front of you, so you can get on the bus before the seats become full. Although the bus runs every 15 minutes, it's a sensitive part of the way to the airport for those who fly on the morning flight. Overall it is satisfactory, but if the price is a little bit expensive, it is a blemish. But the satisfaction is so great that I do not regret it!

Nice and decent service.

Nice and decent service.
If you stay in top floor, you will have the harbour view, although it's blocked by a giant ads on the building.
And it's located in the heard of Tsim Sha Tsui, easily reach any shopping mall around. And there is a MTR exit, right next to the front door, so you are connected to the transportation system right crossing the road

A great hotel.

5 star hotel, 5 star service. Typical small room like most hk hotels. Free local smart phone you can bring out so you can use gps, have internet access all day and make local calls for free

Outstanding location, views, club lounge, but not fancy...best value in Kowloon. While it's not a 5 star like the Peninsula, Four Seasons, etc... we weren't looking for that anyway... for our family long weekend in HK, we wanted convenience, amenities (specifically a club lounge floor w/free breakfast, exercise room, and pool), good views, and easy to get around the area. We found all of that at the Hyatt TST. As others have already mentioned, being right on top of the TST & TST East MTR stations made getting around easy plus during the rain, could traverse underground to get to exits close to where we wanted to go. As it's part of the mall, was convenient to grab lunch. The staff and food in the club lounge were fantastic..made to order eggs every morning, fresh fruit & bakery items...we enjoyed it every day. And it wasn't crowded like I read about on the FT forum. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that no, it's not the Peninsula or Four Seasons... but it is a wonderul hotel for a family vacation at a reasonable price.

Good hotel with good cake!

Good hotel with good cake!

However, the "spice squid" in the evening is half-boiled. It is really strange. It tastes bad and is a bit disgusting. I hope I can cook it again.

My wife & I really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were nicely appointed, and the harbor view was spectacular. The service was prompt, friendly, and timely. The rates were fair. Everything was great, like it usually is with World of Hyatt! They were also really helpful to us as English-speakers, they assisted with cabs & recommendations.

The overall experience of our stay in Hyatt Regency with 2 kids was great. Location is perfect! Subway station is across the street, 5-10 minute walk to ferry docks to go downtown, shopping malls is connected, and everything seemed at close reach. Great if you have kids. The food they serve for breakfast buffet was average, but was much better then any other places we booked excellence choice if you don t want to get up early. The only reason why it s a 4 star is because of their amenities, such as the pool and public outdoor entertainment was not as fun or big as you would expected. Pool was a bit dirty and floors of it was rough and old. But, overall the hotel service was over 5 stars. Helped us a lot with a new country and locations. Overall, a great hotel with kids!

5*hotel with great location fab pool. However the restaurant and it's prices are crazy high, and not worth it. The staff a bit too much and not welcoming at all. We have lived in k11(next door connected to the hotel) for 8years. No to hyatt for food, ok room and great pool.

I have eaten lunch buffet twice here. There are not many kinds of food, but the price is reasonable. I like the desserts most. When I went to the second time, I changed my seat. When I came to my companion, I was dissatisfied with the seat position. The waiter changed the seat with us again and the service attitude was good.

Participate in the wedding ceremony of the hotel auditorium. The food quality ok service is acceptable. But because I don t know the price of the wedding banquet, I don t know if it s worth it.

The attedents were friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean, decor was simple but festive for Chinese new year. Didn't actually stay at the hotel but was impressed with everything overall.

Harbor room view was incredible especially at night. Room was spacious and very clean along with a very comfortable bathroom. Breakfast the following morning was well worth it. However, regular filter coffee would be better than the nespresso coffee as the capsule coffee turns cold as soon as you add milk. A big pot of filter coffee would serve most people better I feel. Thanks!

This is a great hotel!

Hotel rooms are nice, friendly front staff and the location is superb with shopping malls accessible from level 3 of the hotel!

Dont order the room service though, food is nothing to shout about.

The hotel is in a very convenient location with the tsim sha tsui (N1+2) station on the street of the entrance/exit. If you arrive by cab or car you have to enter at a different place and go underground, but we only did that once when we first arrived. HK is very pedestrian friendly and since the subway entrance is so close, HK island is really only 10-15 min away. The room itself was decently sized for HK, but we didn't need much space so it didn't matter for us that much. They give you a free 4g phone to navigate around with, but its GPS wasn't very accurate so we ended up using our own phones with 2g to navigate. Still, a cool perk and you can use it for Google. The bathroom has a rain shower and regular shower head and water pressure and temperature were both good. Maids did a good job cleaning and folded all our clothes we left lying around as well. Overall it's a great hotel with a great location and a decent price!

The third time I had a lunch buffet, but the seafood was not lost and served continuously. Especially the lobsters mostly have lambs. The long-legged crabs are too salty and the American oysters are ready to open. The duck liver is not considered heavy. The steak is better. The gluten is too beefy, don't eat the ones with bad teeth, the Southeast Asian cuisine is so bad, you can not eat it, the fish is sashimi, the dessert is very good with Napoleon, and the others are acceptable, the fruit seems to be too patience, and it feels not fresh! Have to consider whether to try again!

A few days ago we had the lunch buffet at their Cafe restaurant adjacent to Hugo restaurant. Food variety on offer wasn't that great and overpriced. Service on the other hand is lacks and without any emotions. A pity because Hyatt is usual a good address to dine. Disappointed

Breakfast is good.
The room is also beautiful.
As we can go to underpass from adjacent shopping mall, we can go to central ring without getting wet.

However, around the hotel at night is a bit scary.

All in all a pleasant stay. A room on the business level booked for a 3 days where we required a calm place to stay balancing all day meetings and work. I enjoy the location as its walking distance from the boat transport to Hong Kong Island.

The room was nice and a very spacious bathroom with needed amenities (on demand). Breakfast was superb. The check-in and checkout process was simple apart from the fact we were sure our room quote mentioned harbour view but wasn't the case in their systems. No blame other than a customer booking and forgetting to double check the confirmations accuracy. Extra payment for the view was warranted.

We had business drinks downstairs several times. Ready service and pleasant staff. Thank you.

One Suggestion: I still practice the seemingly now dying art of writing postcards and actually sending them by Post. It was extremely difficult to locate someone selling them (perhaps as it was 10am), however a small collection including stamps. Thank you for the kind staff at the top floor business reception.

The location was pretty good, and the club room was nice enough to see the night view indoors.
Other than that, the service and the dining room were also good.
It is not a memorable level, but I thought it was not too much money. Club rooms are worth a try, especially if you have a little more money.
