Excellent hotel right inside a shopping center, 10 meters away. Breakfast varied and well stocked rooms a bit small. There were three of us and with the added bed it became even tighter .... fabulous bathroom, huge. We were on the 17th floor overlooking Hong Kong Island.

Great ambience and delicious food!

I only went to the Hyatt Beijing DUCK restaurant and it was delicious. But you have to reserve the duck by phone beforehand. The duck is served in 2 courses. First the classic with stupid rice wrap, vegetables and duck meat / skin. In the second course, the rest of the duck is chopped up and fried. Instead of rice wrap, this time it is eaten with iceberg lettuce like a taco. We also had fried rice and pickled squid. In total, it cost around HKD 1100 (for three people). Thanks to the eatigo app, we got half of the Beijing DUCK from 9 p.m.
If you don't want to go to Beijing to eat a good duck, I can highly recommend this restaurant.

It is very modern and comfortable. We got the upgraded room for some extra space. the amentities there are nice.

The gym is small but has what you need for a good workout.

It is right next to the K11 mall so you dont have to go outside if you dont want to. The K11 mall is connected to the MRT station so it is very convenient.

Everything was quite nice even though it was just for a few days stay. The elevator music wasn't the best. Other than that, prettty good.

Zhongshan is delicious, the staff smiles nicely and the service attitude is sincere.

Like this swimming pool, transportation and shopping is very convenient.

The environment is clean and tidy, with invincible sea and city views, all in sight!
The most important thing is that Poko, the Reception waiter, is gentle and polite

Was there last week at the lunch buffet. Food could be better for the cost and service was very slow. I had to flag down a waiter several times to get refills on my water.

Directly linked to MTR station and conveniently located in Tsim Sha Tsui... Very good hotel too

This hotel is in a great location just opposite to TST MRT..and is surrounded by pubs and restaurants.. they serve good breakfast buffet, which should not be missed...they have a big pool With nice city views.. also have seperate pool specially for kids.. rooms were a bit congested but clean and well maintained .. but I guess most hotels in HK are comparatively smaller.. staff were friendly and helpful. Overall great enjoyable stay..

Clean, good size, modern rooms. Good location too. Near the subway station.

The design of the room is steady and stylish. It is especially recommended for high-rise sea view rooms. It is a good choice for seeing fireworks in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Below is the K11 shopping mall and the subway. It is quite convenient.

So you can enjoy swimming at the hotel or lukewarm water on one side with children!

It is located at K-11 in Tsim Sha Tsui and is very convenient because it is directly connected to the subway station. The room is modern and calm. The hotel staff also feels good and this is the second time I use it, but I would like to use it again for the third time.

The location was nice and was next to the harbor. The food was really good and I enjoyed everything they offered. The rooms were nice and clean and the service was good too. Staff was very polite.

We booked two rooms at the Hyatt Regency, Tsim Sha Tsui for the 22nd & 23rd of June. We received a confirmation code, but never received an email. It was odd, but we figured it might have just been a typo. Little did we know it was a sign of a bigger problem On arriving at Hong Kong after driving on from Shenzen on a coach, we unloaded our luggage and walked into the lobby. The reception staff were unable to locate our booking. Why? The hotel had been overbooked and we were transferred to The Hyatt Regency in Sha Tin - 40 minutes away from the CBD - all without consulting us, throwing our plans into disarray So for the last two days, every time we want to go out, we pay $200 hkd for a taxi into the city, and $200 hkd for a cab to the hotel (unless you manage to catch a shuttle bus between the two hotels that comes once every two hours and is usually packed) The only reason this isn't a one star rating is that the hotel itself isn't bad, and there were some lovely staff that actually knew how to do their job compared to the booking staff. The communication is non existent. Definitely sub standard for a 5 star hotel. Will not be returning to either, and I strongly recommend that you go somewhere else if you value peace of mind

It is near and convenient to go anywhere. The restaurant is also delicious. The rooms are also beautiful and easy to spend.

Very clean and good service. Nice buffet for breakfast and dinner. Pool little disappointing. Lifts little slow too. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it. Staff are lovely and painless to deal with. Great location too. Enjoy the lobster!

This is a very busy hotel, it is located in the heart of tsim shai tsui area on top of K11.

Clean, modern interior. Well designed bathroom. Staff accomodated my many requests. Breakfast buffet is very good. Located on top of the K11 Mall which is fantastic for snacks. Has a terrific Chinese Restaurant on its top floor. Mall and Hotel are linked to underground subway system. Will stay here again.

One of the strategic location hotel for tourist who would like to stay at Kowloon...

This hotel is centrally located close to Victoria Harbor, giving you close access to Hong Kong island. In addition, they have a subway entrance right outside of the hotel. The hotel itself is quite nice. Its connected to a 5-6 story shopping plaza which includes many shops, boutiques, restaurants, and even a market. The rooms were quite spacious for what you would expect in hong Kong. They have their own gym, which has a great view and provides free towels and water. Also located by the gym is a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Service was very professional and fast as we called room service on multiple occasions.

A great hotel located in a convenient area. A short walk to the harbor, tsim sha tsui station and lots of shopping areas. The hotel is very clean and spacious with a great ambiance. The only thing that bothered me is the entrance was small and hard to find. We had to go around the whole building to find it and had to take two elevators to get to the room. One to the lobby and another to the room area.

The room was very clean and very modern with a good view. A higher floor room might have an even better view to view the light show. We were given a room at the 14 th floor.

A great hotel for the business traveler, located in K11 , easy Access to food, shopping centers etc. I'm not sure if they had halal food, because I was always out... stayed here twice, will definitely stay on my next visit.

The view of the room is very good and you can directly see the night view of Victoria Harbour.

Basically, Hyatt is located upstairs in the K11 Art Shopping Mall. Several famous brands are here, as well as perfect desserts such as Paul Lafayette and Smile Cake.

Absolute bang on location for any tourists and great room with a fabulous view!

The experience of staying at home is so bad, there are multiple stained shoe marks in the bathroom and shower; the room inspection is not strong enough.

Very comfortable hotel, in the heart of Kowloon, with the subway stop in front of the hotel, not too big room, spacious bathroom, large comfortable bed, good toiletries, view of the skyscrapers and the sea.

Great hotel. Superb position ideal for any visitor. Plenty of bars near by and its even attached to a shopping centre. Staff so helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice. I've stayed here a lot for biz and pleasure.

Excellent hotel! Offers magnificent view over Hong Kong Island and part of Tsim Sha Tsui. Superb location with amazing walkability to transit and full-range amenities. Staff shows top professionalism and courtesy. Room is spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and the internet is convenient, but HUGO, the on-site restaurant, is not very appropriate. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

The only minus is the 2 elevator ride to get out.
