Rooms are a little small but the bathrooms are huge and well appointed

I was upgraded to harbor view on the top floor. Because it is directly connected to the MRT station, it is convenient when it is hot or rainy.

nice food nice decoration. the entrance connecting to the iSquare mall is blocked due to covid-19, gotta use the main entrance on street.

I came here for a banquet dinner. The food is not nice compared to the same range of hotel.

Eat at ease, but there are really not many choices. Every lobster delivered is good, it is recommended to choose cheese baked or butter.

Coming regularly to Hong Kong , I always try to choose an hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. FIrst time I come to this Hyatt. I am happy.

I booked in Harbour View Room...have nice views...I stay at 21FL room...feel comfortable and nice...the room is clean and tidy...great !!

World class hotel and everything you would expect of a five star hotel in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui in Hong Kong. Kudos.

We live in a high-rise room type, the view is very good, the soundproofing is good, the bed is comfortable, the sleep is very good, close to the subway, easy to move!

I have only been to a wedding reception, the service and food are very satisfied, and the opposite is already convenient for the MTR.

Very well situated in the centre of Tsim sha tsui and MTR station right outside across the road. Staff are friendly and always smiling. There a shopping centre right next to the Hotel and plenty of places to eat out, really spoilt for choice. The room is quite roomy as the bathroom with a large shower cubicle. The design of the room is strange, very little storage area for a hotel this luxury and the wall that divides the bathroom has a sliding door so when u brush your teeth u can watch tv I suppose, don't understand the purpose of this as is a full size sliding door but you cannot use as access but you can climb over it lol. The light switches are not well placed , if u want to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you have to walk to the main door to turn on the lights to the bathroom, or just leave them on when u go to bed. The house keeping team is very friendly and very helpful. Is still a good hotel, but after using the Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore and paying the same price, i much prefer the Marina Bay sands in singapore.

Great location close to the center of action and life in Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon.

Harmony dining environment with high head room. Staff are friendly and helpful in assisting you with food, also good alertness when you approach to different sections for food choices (as not all food stoves are standbys with staff)
Food quality are above average except the Indian sector.

Upscale hotel in a great location without breaking the bank. Service was top notch, staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. The beds were on the stiffer side and the rooms had a funny odor (maybe air fresherners would help) but other than that this hotel was excellent!

The noon buffet is diversified and the dessert is excellent.

Comfortable room, convenient location, courteous staff

A great property in a great location. While rooms are modest in size, they are meticulously maintained and cleaned and are very well thought out. This property is attached to the MRT, although those who know the area know that connected to the station still means you need to walk. Still, I find this very convenient. While the Grand Hyatt is always my preferred property, the Hyatt Regency is an excellent value for an excellent property and I do not hesitate to stay myself or recommend family and friends to stay here.

We took the afternoon tea buffet last Saturday, food quality was so so, long queue with 30 people waiting for the cheese tart, noisy and not pleasant experience, expensive too.

Great location in the heart of TST. Lots of bar, restaurant and shopping places nearby, including the mall (K11) the hotel is attached to. My room was pretty spacious with a huge bathroom. Service was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Staycation package offer good for value, comfortable environment, but no room upgrade for birthday.

Spacious rooms, big gym with lots of equipment, loved the rainfall shower.
