The room is a bit small, but the surrounding area is very good, there are food and drink everywhere, there are countless famous stores in large shopping malls, and subway buses are more convenient.

A top rate luxury hotel located on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. First rate services in a very central Kowloon area. The meals (breakfast buffet in particular) was excellent. On our trip this was the only place that we didn't use ride share - we walked everywhere, including taking the ferry to Hong Kong Island a couple of times Rooms were excellent - good size and very modern. Overall excellent and highly recommended.

I been there for buffet and after discount it cost about HKD700 per person.
I called back and check the details of my bill. but the staff was super super rude!! even hang up the phone while I was talking !!! is that the right attitude of staff under Hyatt group??

It soothes the mood, very good. The hotel is comfortable, and the discounts are good with a $1000' dining coupon rebate.

Delicious buffet lunch during the week. So easy to get to from central only took 10 mins to get there.

The staff is kind and friendly, because the global members, staying on the 23rd floor, the Happy Hour time in the Executive Lounge is not bad, the ingredients are fresh, there are juice, red and white wine and spirits, the bread cheese is available, the overall environment is very satisfactory. Outside the window, you can see the port view, the view is high, and the room is comfortable.

If you go down to the third floor of the basement, the staff tell you that you will be here a few minutes later and you have a heavy burden!

The hotel room is very large, with a view of Victoria Harbour

New and beautiful. It was a room where you can see the night view, but it was not necessary without a big deal when you actually stayed. The staff is kind and unfriendly. There is a free shuttle to Tsim Sha Tsui Station. There is one smartphone in the room. It is possible to take it out.

Luxury hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. Only the name of the Hyatt Regency is quite advanced. The lounge on the upper floor was very nice. I upgraded it to a room on the upper floor, but it was nice because I got the right to use the lounge for free. The view from the lounge was also wonderful.

It's a commercial hotel, you will be charged for everything in the room that besides the service. However, this place is really worth spending time and money. I stayed during the virus spread situation so the price is not as high as usual. Great Breakfast Buffet by the way

Convenient transportation; fresh food; wide variety!

I went to have breakfast at the Hyatt cafe and it was wonderful, I would really recommend going at least to eat there if you have any chance of going to HK.

The hotel setting is a bit confusing when it came to check in. Surprise this hotel did not have a business center. Although the staff were competent, I felt the service was below par compared to other Hyatt that I've stayed.

Great hotel, beds are comfy, staff accomodating, place is smack bang in the middle of tsim sa tsui. Great if you r on a biz trip or with a partner. Not really suited for families with young kids, otherwise 5 stars.

Great location and on top of the K11 mall as well as the TST subway station which was extremely convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and even showed us to our room. The room seemed slightly out of date but all the essentials are present and we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very close to the subway, the transportation is convenient, the hotel staff has a good service attitude, and the equipment in the conference room is good.

The service is very good and attentive, but the dishes are too salty, and the bird's nest with chicken and bamboo shoots ~ praise!

First stayed here twenty years ago, and have stayed here many times. Room should be considered good sized since this is Hong Kong. Service is always good, and access to MRT is excellent.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms by HK standards. Convenient location too because there's a mall entrance(K11 mall) at the Ground floor and at the 3rd floor. There's also subway access in the mall and across the hotel entrance(Tsim Sha Tsui exit N2)

Buffet is alright, if you choose to go, please book ahead and ask for nearer tables to the window for more privacy as most tables are within the walkways.

It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the hotel from Exit D of Tsim Sha Tsui Station. The Check in procedure is simple. The room is very nice. It would be better if the room could have a USB charging port.
The buffet is delicious.

The location/Hotel signage is nanotechnology.

Very nice hotel in a good location. My main gripe is that you have to take 2 different elevators every time you come and go and there was an overabundance of light switches. I stayed for a quick overnight between flights on a free night certificate. I am sure the regular rates are very high. Bed was comfortable

Live to stay here. Hong Kong first timer definitely must to stay here. Warm welcome from the staff and very helpful to guide us around the area.

The room also very nice. The only thing I concern about that they not so spacious. Everything very good.

Conveniently located, close to train, victoria harbor and heart of Kowloon. Great room and amenities. Clean and well maintained. Staff were courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

The hotel facility, service and cleaning was excellent the location is very dirty, i prefer next time to take Hayyat on the center a cross the river. the dinner was excellent burger but very expansive breakfast good

This Hyatt Regency Hotel in Kowloon is very convenience & comfortable place in Kowloon.

Great location. Rooms are clean. Service is great. Would recommend the hotel and also joining the Hyatt membership for points.

Great place to stay, impressive large rooms and the "handy phone" they give you was above and beyond. Breakfast buffet was great, although the evening buffet wasn't quite as good.

Very good hotel with a perfect breakfast. The price of the room is not excessive for Hong Kong.

Rooms are clean and spacious with a very nice bathroom.

The Club Lounge offers a good morning meal, egg dishes can be ordered directly at the table, and more is available at the buffet.

The hotel is very well located, shops, Nathan Road, Kowloon Park, the metro and Star Ferry Station can be reached in a short time.

I used to go to bed once and got a bay view room. At night there are fireworks. Oh, it's really wonderful. The morning buffet is the best. Great value for money

The swimming pool, comfortable beds, clean indoor air, friendly staff and K11 shopping center are just around the corner.

Great service overall especially from the Regency Club team. The hotel is located at a convenient location and is near the MTR station. The rooms are clean and maintained well.

The Hyatt does not have to prove their professionalism, this hotel is excellent, very well located, it even has a subway station, the rooms are very spacious. The charm of the reception is top. The staff always on duty but mostly smiling and enthusiastic. And especially the lounge with the view of the skyline is just awesome. Nothing to say the value for money is excellent.

Very nice hotel with modern designed rooms. Good location for shopping and only 10 min walk from Tsim Sha Tsui Pier. However the view from the rooms is ugly.

The convenient location is more suitable for tourists. If you don t want to stay at home, you will definitely not stay in this hotel.

I stay in a lot of Hyatts and this is a nice hotel in a good location. Compared to the Tokyo Hyatt however it pales into insignificance and perhaps I was wrong to have raised expectations before arrival. The staff are professional and everyone speaks English well based on my experience.
