Not my favorite Hyatt, over priced, average service, damp rooms even though it wasnt hot and humid outside. Pool bar had good drinks and food. Do not expect any of the staff out front to open or hold a door for you...or for your wife and kids. Took 25 min for valet to fetch my car after promising 10 min, no big deal until they completely forgot and my family was outside on sidewalk with luggage. Elevator broke and trapped me for an hour while fire dept had to rescue me. For $519 per night, the amenities and service fell way short. I'm a Hyatt Gold member as well, you'd think they'd recognize that. Next vacation to Clearwater won't involve staying here. If you can afford this rate, look at the property next door, won't mention their name, but it's new, big, and a recognizable name. Their pool and guests seemed very happy.

A world class hotel experience for a great price. The beach view and the hotel are incredible. The staff were warm, effective and went above and beyond to be helpful. They made our weekend one to remember! I'll be sure to be back here.

I honestly love this hotel so much!! The staff is very courteous and kind, the rooms are huge and very clean, with a full kitchen and fridge and a balcony with a beautiful view of Clearwater beach. Has a very easy access to the beach and the food from the restaraunt is great! The beds were very comfortable as well, it stinks that I only got to stay 2 nights but I'll definitely be coming back!

Edit: I'd written a nice review despite the sub-par service at Hyatt but now I'm really upset. I'd left a cosmetics bag in my room which was located and posted to me, and while I am grateful to even get it back, I am sorely disappointed that there are a few items missing: an eyeliner, make up brush and a very precious necklace. It doesn't matter that we left a $40 tip, the staff either don't care or aren't trained and paid enough to know that good hotel staff (and good people) do not steal. We experienced a lot of incompetence and lacklustre treatment from this hotel. It does not deserve a 4-star rating and I retract my generous 4 star review to 1 star.

We recently photographed a rooftop Wedding here. It was gorgeous. Spectacular views, breezy, gorgeous sunset. The staff was perfect and so attentive to everyone's needs. Food was delicious. Lobster bisque was exceptional. Great Wedding Venue <3 True Love Photography.

Great Staff!
Hotel is run down and far from a Luxury Resort Spa. Very disappointed.

It is a well maintained hotel with good attention. In front of a good public beach but parking is paid separately at the rate of $ 21 per day if you stop the car yourself or $ 25 if you use the valet.

Didn't stay at the hotel just parked in the garage seems a bit pricey but comparable to the area. Right next door is much much cheaper if you're lucky to find a spot. The only issue I have is that it has extremely low clearance so if you have a roof rack you cannot park in there however it is close to the beach and a well-lit area.
