The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely accommodating.

Well, it's a very touristic beach at the golf. Beautiful, soft, white sand and a nice atmosphere. At the end of the day still just water, sunlight and sand - sorry, not a huge beach fan.

This hotel provided all the amenities my girlfriends and I needed to enjoy our trip! The balcony and our view was beautiful. Joe at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful with all our questions, we will be back!

I went into the lobby to scope out the resort. I was really clean and I will highly consider staying at this resort during my next visit to Clearwater.

Large spacious and updated room with a kitchen and full size fridge. We stayed on the 17th floor and had a great view of both the bay and the ocean. The food options are very limited at the hotel. There is one restaurant with a fish and steak heavy menu. There is a small stand with coffee and pre made sandwiches but we opted to go elsewhere as nothing looked appetizing.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful service and a great location in Clearwater Beach. I brought my toddler here for our first beach vacation. It's very family friendly and I will definitely come back!

Seriously wonderful brunch on Sunday. Great staff and the food was amazing. Seated quickly at an outdoor table with view of Gulf of Mexico. Can't wait to hold back again and again! Super all the way around, fun place for whole family.

We've only use the day amenities at the Hyatt Regency in Clearwater, but the resort is beautiful and clean. The reviews are all that they suggested is and the location really cannot be beat. Clearwater Beach is clean and easily one of the best beaches in the continental United States. Getting around in Florida is also really easy and there's a ton of activities to do in the area. You can pretty much set up any activity through the concierge team at the Hyatt and they really do make you feel welcome.

Can't beat the location and the great view from the balcony suites.

Nice Rooms and view of Inter-coastal Water. Pool was nice for daughter. A little tricky yo get to beach, but overall really nice hotel. Micheal the Concierge is excellent!

We stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon... They had excellent concierge service in helping us discover the area, beautiful ocean front views, the beach was so beautiful, soft sand , the room was perfect in every way. Thank you for an excellent experience!

Beautiful view, amazing pool deck, and close enough to the beach (not on the beach though, its across the street).

The rooms were very spacious and the TV was huge. I prefer space over cluttered with couches and tables. Shower was pretty nice

Gym was ok, only up to 50lb weights. But open 24 hours.

Lobby had a cleaning chemical smell to it. Staff was pretty friendly.

Beautiful hotel on Clearwater Beach. If it weren't for the obnoxious traffic coming and going it would have been a great experience.

The place smells like wet cloths, inside the hotel our door to the balcony wasn t opening, the doors for the bathrooms don t even lock, the tv didn t work, the bath tub was clogging up, not the best place to stay at......

Nice big room for family with kids. The pool area is nice too.

Ever who built the parking deck must have been drunk the ramp going up to the parking deck absolutely sucks

Very nice rooms, food was well prepared, guest and staff are friendly, only one computer in Business Center, cleaning staff helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Would come again.

Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach saved our vacay!! They were able to accommodate a short notice hotel stay for a very reasonable price during Spring Break. The rooms were immaculately clean, the staff was kind and helpful, the amenities were nothing short of amazing and we cant wait to visit again!

Love love loved it! The only thing is how they have to tear down the cabanas, and chairs early, around 4:30 or 5.

We love Hyatt and usually try to stay at one, so we booked the Clearwater for a quick getaway. Asked for Oceanfront, got a parking lot view, so the bellman Mike called front desk and got us moved to the Oceanfront we originally requested. The new room was great except for the scalding hot shower that wouldn't go cold until off. Also the mold and mildew in shower ( red and black ) was kinda gross. The best part of the stay was MIke the bellman, the bloody mary's, and the Cabana for the day when we checked out of our room. This hotel has a bad cleanliness problem, everywhere. Every bathroom that wasn't my room we used had junk splattered on walls, floors were gross, smelled musty, and needed attending. I was really disappointed as Hyatt is usually a much higher standard.

Worst and awful experience ever! We booked a Deluxe King bed and the room was horrible. Upgraded to 2 Queen beds Deluxe (has a living with 2 bath) @50$/night and what we got was only 1 king bed and called down to the Front desk and agreed up on getting a suite (the best room available in the hotel as per him!) for a different price now. However, received a call back in few minutes and found out it s not available anymore.(I did ask if he was expecting more for the upgrade!). We are struck here this time but will never NEVER return to this hotel again!!!!

The rooms are spacious, love having the kitchen. The service is impeccable and I love a spa. The food at the restaurant Shore is amazing, love their surf and turf. My favorite Hotel on the beach.

This is one of the best resort hotels I have stayed in. the staff is very friendly. Reinna who works the front desk is the best ever, hands down she does her best to make her clients happy and satisfied.

I didn't actually stay here but I did go into their pool though until the security guard kicked us out the pool is beautiful in the hot tub is awesome usually there is very pretty woman here and that usually have something going on it's a great location if I had to stay at a hotel in Clearwater Beach this is where I would stay

Suite room was very nice, outside pool was great 2 pools, plus a whirlpool, ping pong, foosball, couches, TV, & grills you could use. Dumbells in fitness center.

We paid extra for a bigger room on the 8th floor, which is also where the pool is. The room was dated but nice, good beds, nice bathroom, with plenty of hot water and pressure. You are right on the beach, so you can walk out from the back side of the hotel, which is what we wanted Be prepared for a shocker when you have to pay for daily parking ($21 for self parking or $25 for valet - plus tip) and the "amenities fee of $25/day for internet. All in fee of $250 extra plus tips for our five day stay. Had the breakfast buffet, $60-80 for two with tip, food was okay but paid extra for the convienance of eating close by. Go get a cabana (extra $30/day till 5pm) on the beach, get up early, they fill up fast. All in for for an additional $400+, which included breakfast twice at the hotel, this was in additon to our base package price we had for rental car, hotel, and flights. You are at the hyatt, and they have a lot of amenities, but be prepared for the crowds, plan ahead, get up early, and go eat where the locals go. Note, we were told they are going to update the rooms floor by floor, so ask if they are under construction before booking, otherwise, be prepared for construction noise during the day.

The location is directly on the beach, which is amazing. You can go from the beach to the pool and back with no effort. The customer service is excellent. Valet was complementary for my stay. The rooms very spacious.

The hotel does not have a good cost-benefit ratio, the rooms are not good, the air conditioning noisy, it is small and there are no hotel facilities to enjoy, the cost of the resort fee should not exist, it is not a resort it is a hotel and bad more when it comes to a Hyatt, urgently needs a remodel

Great Stay! Make sure to get a room with a balcony, not a bad view in the entire place! Amazing pool with great restaurant.
