Love Hyatt hotel it usually always pleasant experience but I did have a bad experience with the lady at the front desk that was very rude and the reason why I gave it 4 stars. On the bright side Jessica was so wonderful and made sure I had everything I needed while staying, I booked for my son 7th birthday and Jessica definitely went above and beyond making sure everything went perfectly and if it wasn t for her I probably wouldn t have gave it 4 stars because the other lady was not only nasty and rude to me but also my sister as well who book her own room for my son birthday party.

There are several hotels to choose from in this area but I'm glad I picked this place. The staff are friendly and the hotel is fairly new. It's in a quiet area close to the mall of America and the airport. Free shuttles available to both. The bed was super comfy and the room had plenty of space. The restaurant downstairs has some vegan and gluten free options. Already planning my return trip.

My rental was damaged parking in their lot and all the night Manager offered me was to take my parking charges off. My room wasn't cleaned after requesting in advance 3 times for it to be done. The day Manager ended up giving me 2 days worth of points for the inconvenience...but I still payed for my room and the deductible for the vehicle damage! Not happy with 2 nights worth of points for damage at a camera less lot at a "4 star" hotel. They could have done better. Also, I had to cast from my phone my TV provider to watch tv...what if I didn't have my own cable?

We used your Hotels shuttle to MSP. I just want to give appreciation to the gentleman who picked us up Friday April 16th. He also brought us on Monday. Pleasant, courteous and prompt. I wish I would have gotten his name. He also does some of the catering. Thank you. Such a nice way to end our trip

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Its super cozy, clean and neat! Great price for a 5 star feeling! The front desk was very friendly and helpful on anything we needed. Definitely recommend it

Best place for us when we have early flight and they are cheaper to park your car at. Also light rail is in front! Also shuttle service to airport.

Front desk checked us into a downgraded room and didn t say a word about it until I called after I realized it wasn t the king executive suite that I paid a lot of money for. Then couldn t explain why the room I booked wasn t available, I called customer service and was transferred and disconnected, then called back again and was on hold for almost an hour. The manager on staff called me in my room and apologized saying the guy was new and then she gave us the correct room. She was awesome! But I almost got cheated out 600 dollars! Make sure you get the correct room. The hotel is beautiful

I'm in Minnesota (Bloomington) frequently for my job but this was the first time I've ever stayed at this particular hotel.

The Hyatt Regency is now my new favorite hotel while in Minnesota on business... Besides having clean and modern room the food was amazing at reasonable prices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Awesome! Can't wait to come back again! Got this place for a excellent rate at . I like this hotel and I'm really happy I stayed here much cheaper than what I typically pay.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I had to request a clean towels several different times and still did not receive them. My linen never got change and I was their the entire weekend.
Housekeeping never came to my room to pick up any garbage. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone I beg you try surrounding hotel first please.
