My rental was damaged parking in their lot and all the night Manager offered me was to take my parking charges off. My room wasn't cleaned after requesting in advance 3 times for it to be done. The day Manager ended up giving me 2 days worth of points for the inconvenience...but I still payed for my room and the deductible for the vehicle damage! Not happy with 2 nights worth of points for damage at a camera less lot at a "4 star" hotel. They could have done better. Also, I had to cast from my phone my TV provider to watch tv...what if I didn't have my own cable?
