Used to known as Hyatt Bandung. I was staying with my family last March and we had a wonderful moments. The ambience of Hyatt in the past still exists, big room, helpful staffs and good food. The best is the pool and playground for my kids. It locates nearby the BIP Mall and Balaikota Bandung, just a 5 minutes walk. You can shop and dine nearby the hotel. I will be back with my family, one of our fav hotel in Bandung.

The location is strategic, walking from here to Braga is very beautiful. For the room it's okay even though it is an old hotel. The facilities are also quite complete.

Hotel service was very good, yhere is a glitch when doing late check in but front office lady is responsive assisting us to enter hotel room quickly.

Arrived at the hotel around 4pm on Sunday and and expected we can check in to our room straight away because we've very exhausted after stuck on traffic for 2 hours from lembang. When we're checking in the receptionist , they said our room is not ready yet and tell us to wait for 30 min. A bit disappointed but no choices, so we sit in waiting area and there's coffee shop so we ordered coffee and some small cakes. We realized an hour after our coffee finished that they still not give us the room's key. When I ask, the receptionist tsaid I have to wait another 30 min because non smoking room as I requested hasn't ready yet. Was booking this hotel and hope we will have a nice stay but they just turn us off at the first time.
The location is very strategic, the City Center, direct access to the Mall.
Worth the price of the food, nothing is bad ... So much !!!

Old hotel in Bandung, with a very high lobby to the highest floor as if entering the cave. The location is very premium, directly behind the legendary Bandung Indah Plaza in the shopping center of Bandung.
The rooms are very spacious with very complete facilities, except the bathroom equipment that lacks a hair comb. Small but most needed! Room services are great, I tried the oxtail soup. Not much breakfast menu, but quite varied.
The staff is very friendly, the hotel is close to the shopping center, the breakfast is delicious. Across the hotel there is a minimarket and beer market. Recommended

Yesterday's Ramadan broke the fast here, there was an unpleasant experience when I first arrived at the restaurant, some were less friendly
The fried compote is delicious. balabala n cakue using peanut sauce, mayan lah, many fried variants. es campur or es teller, yes, the ingredients themselves are delicious. The sweet ice tea is perfunctory, doesn't taste the tea, it's not sweet either, just the beginning.
The set of gadoes for a long time was refilled, there was no lontong. Sambosa and the like, mayan is delicious. there are sausages too, beef sausage, that's the standard.

Old hotel but still okay, strategic location, where near, very close to the traffic park and to the link to the BIP mall through the back door, complete room equipment even provided razor blades, buttons and needles, only the water in the bathtub is somewhat yellow somehow
Used to be the Hyatt Regency . The room is larger than most 4 star hotels in the city and its rather good, not the best but definitely well above average.
Here when there is an acra from the ministry, the service is good
