Hotel service was very good, yhere is a glitch when doing late check in but front office lady is responsive assisting us to enter hotel room quickly.
Building was old formerly Hyatt Hotel, but very well maintaned. It has big also big room and facilities for kid
Just knowing that hotel has connecting access to Bandung Indah Plaza.
