Arrived at the hotel around 4pm on Sunday and and expected we can check in to our room straight away because we've very exhausted after stuck on traffic for 2 hours from lembang. When we're checking in the receptionist , they said our room is not ready yet and tell us to wait for 30 min. A bit disappointed but no choices, so we sit in waiting area and there's coffee shop so we ordered coffee and some small cakes. We realized an hour after our coffee finished that they still not give us the room's key. When I ask, the receptionist tsaid I have to wait another 30 min because non smoking room as I requested hasn't ready yet. Was booking this hotel and hope we will have a nice stay but they just turn us off at the first time.
