The room was spacious and clean. The interior of the hotel was very unique. The breakfast was amazing too.

The place is comfortable, the right choice for study, breaks and meetings or seminars.

Five star hotel in Bandung. The location is easy to reach.

The Hospitality is nice, location is near the center of the city, you can go to the mall just on foot.
The basement parking lot is so so but you can park your car in the mall parking lot since they are connected/shared.
Unfortunately the health protocol is not strictly applied here. Especially if you come from the parking lot (basement) , nobody is there to check your body temp and there are no hand sanitizers.
If you come from outside, the security in the main lobby will let you passed by without checking again your body temp.

This is the champion of the hotel, the breakfast is also very good, right at the hotel

Lunch with Indonesian food menu, which is quite diverse, around 100,000 people, the food is delicious and satisfied

Wifi is fast, the rooms are spacious, the toiletries are complete, comfortable, the breakfast is good, although there aren't too many choices.

The facilities and services of the hotel are very good to make you feel at home staying at the Aryaduta Bandung hotel

Not a new hotel but ok. What I like most here is the swimming pool which is comfortable and private especially at night. Hehe seemed to own it: D. Even though you don't swim you can relax here, especially the place is very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool lighting is also good even at night. So can swim at night comfortably.

The service room can be improved again, especially regarding cleanliness. But overall ok yes.

Hotel arya duta is located at jl. Sumatra Bandung is directly adjacent to Bandung Indah Plaza.
The location is quite strategic in the middle of Bandung city .. Just where you want to go near and easy accommodation ..
Prices are relatively affordable with good service and complete facilities.
For breakfast it is also really ok ..

Hotels in the middle of the city, adjacent to the mall, easy and close to the city hall, traffic park, braga, or electronic center. The hotel bedroom is comfortable but my room is on lt. 11, the air conditioner is not cold, the fan pdhal position no.3 and 10c ... The room is spacious ... complete, the bathroom is also clean ... The swimming pool is lt. 3 clean there are 2 pools 1 adult 1 more for children ... On the same floor there are kids clubs, tennis courts, fitness centr. Break in the morning, but I want to hang out ... If you think the food is pretty good ... The food is also varied ... the spacious hotel lobby is comfortable to wait ... Just limited parking.

Little hotel with good surrounding near mall and food peddler...but must improve the breakfast buffet

My overall experience here is actually great. Getting a free room upgrade to a very spacious room with bathtub. Room is great an well maintained, lighting is sufficient, not too dark as well.
Our room has city view, during morning sun shine perfectly into the room

Breakfast area located on 2nd floow, wide range of food choice and the taste is ok. We did not taste all of them because when you stay at Bandung, there are plenty of food choice out there

Located next to Bandung Indah Plaza, this make a very short walk to the mall. You need to exit small lobby and enter the mall just few metre from there. They dont have direct connection which ok for me because sometimes having direct connection makes hotel become too noisy

On the improvement area:
As normal hotel in Indonesia, they hae security guard stasion at the entrance equipped with metal detector gate. This seems only for a show. Security guard is on and off, even when they are available people just ignore them and can enter the lobby from without need to being checked. And no, the security officer does not have any intention to do that as well.

Concierge seems lack of people, I brough 1 big luggage and a toddler. There is no concierge helping me unload it from taxi or helping to open lobby door.
As 5 star hotel, the 1st impression when entering your hotel is important. No matter how good the service inside the hotel but when your 1st opportunity to greet any guest is lacking, then it is not good

Old hotel but pretty well maintained. Good breakfast option and (like most of old hotels) they had a spacious room. One small inconvinience is the elevator need upgrading

The hotel used to be called a hyatt hotel, the rooms varied, and the one that made it cool was next to the lobby behind the BIP mall (Bandung Indah Plaza) so it could all hangout, watch, just go shopping, the service was friendly, good. Pleasant classic hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is also spacious. This hotel has an architectural taste. Its location adjacent to BIP and can be accessed directly is actually an advantage. Caring for this hotel with a lot of wood material is indeed not cheap. Hotels with old buildings that are not well maintained ... The rooms are quite spacious and basically the design is quite good, but because it is not well maintained some details look unkempt.
For example the room carpet that doesn't seem to be vacuumed with detail.
The tissue slot in the toilet that has been dislodged, there is no availability of the iron which used to be std at 5 stars.
The choice of food at breakfast is very limited.
In other words, it's a five star hotel with a 4 star or even 3 star feel.

For visitors who only need a location that is close enough to anywhere, and this spacious room with a fairly affordable price range can be an option.
But if you are concerned with breakfast, detail service, 5 star std this is not the right choice, very many 5 star hotels with the quality as they should be.

Where I stayed during my business trip to Bandung for 4 days, the room was spacious and spacious and the amenities were quite complete, the view from my room was quite pleasant maybe because my room was on the top floor,
