Great hotel and clean comfortable condition rooms. But the service check time takes a long time almost 1 hour, even though I check in at 2 a.m.

A bit oldies but still serve with class. Got an executive suites which is super fine. Super clean and really roomy. The food choices is excellent. With good taste. And it is in the middle of the city behind the old but famous mall in Bandung, the BIP.

A very suitable hotel to rest in the middle of Bandung city

Very satisfied & pleasant stay at this hotel. Every staff that I meet is very friendly & the most important thing is that I recommend this hotel to families with children. The room of each room is very spacious (beyond my expectations). The service room is ontime & very detailed (ensuring the bathroom floor & closet are not wet). The breakfast has a diverse menu and has a good taste (nearing the end of the breakfast, there are still many menus).

I stayed on the 8th floor. The service is okay. Big hotel with a classic theme, a nice swimming pool with a rich taste in Bali, the view of delux rooms is good, large limits are suitable for bringing family, that strategic place, breakfast is okay, wifi is fast, .. who impressed the room service was good, asked to be replaced and cleaned immediately responsive.

This hotel was once a Hyatt, located behind Bandung Indah Plaza. Somehow it is now the name Aryaduta hotel. Change management times. Want to stay in a hotel that was once a 5-star really really satisfied. The room is clean, spacious, there is also a bath. We stayed with a family (3 people) The view of Bandung city can be seen clearly from the window where we stayed. Then the next morning after the breakfast menu that makes the stomach full, we continued playing in the pool arena. the water is cold (it doesn't use air) so we don't swim just we play in the playground which is located next to the swimming pool. my child is very happy to play there. out off all is almost perfect if you want to stay in this hotel.

Aryaduta Bandung Great New Year's Eve 2018 event. Gala Dinner with very varied Food and Baverage. Food arrangement is cool and tastes good too. Looks pretty and feels delicious too. Excelent for the FnB. There is even a children's menu + a children's play area at the Gala location. (A little note: the child's toy has to be replaced by a new one because the slide has cracked, there is a danger that the child could get injured).

The content of the event was cool, the MC was the champion, made the atmosphere alive, the acoustic opening of the band was good too, the atmosphere of the 90 (ninety) theme was great.
The main band is actually the one that's not good, not communicative and interactive, unfortunately from the start of the program it's been good, the highlight of the show actually makes it less, fortunately the MC is quick to take over to bring the atmosphere back to life.

What makes it special is the flood of prizes hahaha ... how cool is that, keep it up like a good event like this.

For the hotel:
The towels have to be replaced, the amenities are also below the standard 5st of the hotel. Maybe because the transition from Hyatt to Aryaduta Bandung, the semogs will be addressed.

Special credit for best employee i hv meet, Mr. Ridwan is like he is in the F&B dept ... very 5 star service ... for 3 days we stayed there he was constantly in charge and responsive, friendly, dexterous in serving the flood queues of guests who wanted a gala dinner and also B'fast in the morning ... even someone complains (sangkin the number of guests) he serves with a smile.
Also friendly to my little child back and forth he memorized. Hehehe .. good job!

Despite the hotel look like old building , the room was modern and very comfortable for us (me, my daughter and my wife). The room feels homey, bright and give positif mind. The television was huge, but not the recently model but is oke for me. The wifi and the room facilities went smoothly , despite the blower in my bathroom . I think it was broken or I don't know how to switch on. But I tried to find the power button, until I gave up and think that it didn't work. The pool, garden , was incredible . For breakfast, the menu was not had more options like the 4 start hotel other . But the taste had good taste especially for the cake . It was the best cake , I have eaten .

The impression is that it has just opened 2 weeks after Corona, so it is still very quiet ... the elevator is also damaged so while the goods lift, but the service and cleanliness are good ... very comfortable, can get super spacious rooms with affordable prices spacious swimming pool facilities , clean .. the kids playground is also quite fun ..

This hotel was once a grand hyat, but now it is aryaduta. The hotel is quite old, but clean, the ballroom is spacious, the staff is friendly, in the middle of the city, and there is a door directly to the bip mall.

Comfortable, spacious rooms, no lift to the parking lot. Make sure to lower the items and passengers in the hotel lobby, not parking.

Previously here the thin pizza was endolita, kmaren there was a problem with the lift, because of the 3 lifts available, only 1 was operating, maybe because of the plague, yes, a little queue

The service is very very good, the rooms are neat and comfortable.
