Staff is friendly, room is reasonably clean and spacious

Located about 20mins from the airport, Aryaduta is a 5* Hotel, which although a little dated, but still gives you a relatively 5* feel. The lobby is nice and spacious, staff at reception are nice, friendly and polite. Check in was done quickly as well. I stayed in the deluxe room which was huge. King bed with good sized flat screen tv, sofa, business desk and chair, and a living area. Comes with bar fridge, ironing board, iron, hangers, safe and in room slippers. Toilet is spacious as well, comes with a integrated shower and bathtub, decent sized wash area, toilet. All bathroom amenities are provided for. Sheets are comfortable and clean, blackout curtains and day curtains, room is overall very spacious. Towels are old, off white but feels and smells clean so i have no issues. The hotel is connected to the mall so no worries about having to travel out just to get food or do abit of shopping. There's also a 24hr convenience store, Circle K, opposite the hotel. Overall rating about 4.3 Stars out of 5 for me. Value for money, good staff, spacious room.

With here because of halal bi halal, the t4 is comfortable, the toilet is clean, the swimming pool is child friendly, the hospitality is good, there is a kid's club too, and the food is good ..

Luxury hotels are many officials who stay overnight

We stayed here for two days in club room. We enjoyed the room that clean and comfortable. We can access also cocktail evening in club lounge. The food vary and delicious.
As usual I usually order sandwich from room service. They do not have any menu in the room. So I just ordered without knowing the price. But I don't be disappointed cause the sandwich is delicious. The bread is soft.
If you read my reviews in the hotels that I have visited, you will find me ordered sandwich from room service. And I told you this is the best sandwich that I have eaten.
Other thing that I think need to be improved if possible is the lift. The lift here is small which is not comparable with the number the guest.

The rooms are nice and tidy and the toilets are clean. Cold pool water, unfortunately only one rinse room, mix. Others are broken. Order drinks are not too expensive. Mall BIP is attached to the hotel. The car park should be made brighter and less scary.

Very special location all services close and a clean hotel I recommend to visit

I enjoyed great and quality service in this hotel since a long time ago when still named Hyatt Hotel back in the late 90's. Still have the same great and friendly services from all the staff.

Good service, big and neat rooms, good food, and comfortable rooms. The minimum is only the location near the BIP mall and it often gets stuck in the parking lot of the car, it doesn't fit much because it combines with the BIP mall parking lot.

Yes. From the outside look like an old hotel. But boy, those stars doesn't lie. The room was clean, and it has a beautiful view, the breakfast buffet was also pretty good. My only complaints are probably the limited space at the restaurant when it's breakfast time (probably bcs it's high season). There's actually a waiting list for breakfast of the number of people who stayed there. One other complaint that I have was probably the staff coordination. A couple hours after I checked in suddenly a hotel employee actually came into my room (using his master key) to do a room inspection. He thought the room was still empty. But he did apologize sincerely for the trouble though. Other than these two complaints, my stay at Aryaduta was Great!

Disappointed ... not in accordance with the expectations for the size of a 5-star hotel below the very standard, especially with the room price of 1 million per night ... it's not worth it ... The bathtub still has remnants of people's hair ... Very disappointed ... when this stay with you in room 1113 ... please pay attention to little things like this .. Tq nessy

Next to Bandung Indah Plaza. Clean rooms & bathrooms .. Suitable also for children because there are Playgrounds & children's pools. Friendly staff. But the price of food is far more expensive than other hotels. If you want to be more economical, you can eat at the BIP Food Court. In this hotel, there are many foreign tourists who come in groups, more than foreign tourists that we have met in other hotels. Be careful when going to swim, don't meet with foreign tourists who bask in the pool area. Overall good service. Cleanliness is considered by the hotel.

Aryaduta always have an excellent standard in every aspect of a hotel in their class.

Clean, friendly staff, especially security officers. The rooms are fairly large, although the interior design is in the style of the 80s. Maybe it needs a little refreshment in the interior sector. Re-upholstery sofas, chairs, or replace newer furniture designs. Can add a new atmosphere / atmosphere, by not leaving the original design characteristics.

The old hotel feels new. The pool if wiken is full of pisan. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is a lot of choices but it doesn't taste special

Hhh the toilet is broken ... the most urgent experience is 2 toilets are dirty because they just got clogged up to the third one ... badly

I Stayed At the 9th floor the view was amazing my room was super spacious at the night a pianist was playing and it was relaxing,i can t wait to stay in here again but i know that this is from Grand Hyat Agency but the hotel is super special from the outside its a normal building but from the inside its super special thank you for your kindness and love support for us costumers
