To GM and management, do not place smoking areas in traffic lanes. Those of us who don't smoke are forced to breathe poison.
I passed the smoker who was sitting relaxed in the lobby near the door to the BIP. Very disturbing.
If you have to facilitate them, they spread the poison of cigarettes, place them in isolated, corner.

From the time of the Hyatt, this is the first time I have been disappointed with the services of this hotel management.

Before the complaint above, I reviewed:
Alhamdulillah, it's been a subscription from the Hyatt era. Suitable when bringing small children, spacious rooms, lots of places to play, especially near BIP mall.

Everything is OK, but when checking in, you have to wait for 1 room to be cleaned first for 3 hours. Even though the payment has paid off in the beginning.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms ... right when you get a promo, just unfortunately the breakfast menu is less efficient and at breakfast you have to wait because space is limited

Nice holiday. Comfortable room. I took the one with the connecting dor. Krn stayed with the family

The location is one with Bandung Indah Plaza. When checking in before 14.00 and the room is not yet available, you can take a walk to the mall first.
Friendly clerk. The rooms are very large, perfect for staying with family. Clean. Although a bit old fashioned but well maintained.
Through the large bedroom windows, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city of Bandung while resting on a soft sofa. Staying here feels like at home.

Okay, the hotel atmosphere is okay, the service is okay, close to malls and tourist attractions

The hotel has a unique design and classic buildings. Room provided are very spacious and clean. This hotel is conveniently located and close to the shopping center. On Friday held Friday prayers in one room.

Good hotel (d / h Hyatt). Very strategic location. Vehicles have difficulty entering the hotel area due to traffic jams.

if I go to Bandung, I always want to go back to this hotel if I have the chance. the breakfast is good, the rooms are spacious, the beds are spacious, lots of facilities for children and adults, there is even a whirlpool.

Big hotel, clean and i think this hotel provides many facilities that you can use during you stay. Not only that, this hotel location is next to Bandung Indah Plaza (BIP) (One of the big mall in Bandung). It means you can buy and walking around the mall not so far.

From the lack of food, I happened to have lunch there for the noodles, the melons are not sweet, the soup plant is not clean enough. Make a good place

very strategic location and close to the location of government

Very friendly service and comfortable rooms are just not good at the restaurant. The breakfast is not worth 150 thousand for additional people and the taste is not good.

Good maintenance hotel, although it is rather old. Some guest sometimes do smoking although the area has already been smoke prohibited. Need to place smoke detector so that there will be alarm ringing if someone do smoking. Need lift for people from basement to lobby.

Really nice hotel in bandung. U can do lots of activity here such as swimming, gym, tennis or just chill in third floor garden.

The hotel is clean, big, although a little old. Located in an environment where there is still a lot of green open space

I think the exhaust fan in the bathroom doesnt work. Next time I really hv to check everything before I accept a room. Before they served herbal juices, such turmeric juices and all, in the morning breakfast time. It seemed had gone, now. Other than that, all are super nice and great.

one of the 5 star hotels in Bandung, which has comfort, has various types of rooms, from single beds, familly, to suites. the location in the middle of the city makes it easier for you (where to be close), when it happened to be next to the mall [BIP] this hotel also has a good architect, usually people here have to take pictures of the attractive lobby skyline. start to open the rooftop to be a place to breakfast ... when else breakfast on the rooftop, with a beautiful view of the city of Bandung ... good luck guys ...
