Old but spacious room. Parking has connection with BIP mall, so no issue. But the food rating is very low, not worth for stay with breakfast option.

The rooms are comfortable, spacious clean and the food for breakfast is really good and quality. Especially for the service, it's really very professional. Especially for security on behalf of Mr. Wing, very friendly and helped us when we started parking and then brought goods from basement 1 to the lobby. I and the team were surprised, he was really professional in putting forward the best service when we gave money tips he refused without offending us. Next project if you are in Bandung, you must request a return to the company to stay at this hotel again. Thank you

Ballroom for seminars is ok ... just for prayer rooms there are no instructions for men & women

My favorite getaway almost every Sunday is the homy, serene and elegant Cha Yuen. The dim sum, the roasted duck, and most of all the cordial and whole hearted service of the staffs there before the program was shut down. It invokes such a warm memory when I recently went down the stairs again for Lunar New Year dinner. It's like going home. Although it's a pity that the organizers would rather give prizes to vendors and tenants (instead of trying to get new customers by giving the vouchers to real patrons) I am still glad to be there and hope Aryaduta will soon open their door to Cha Yuen again.

Clean rooms, clean playground, comfortable swimming pool. Complete breakfast tastes good.

Very tight security. The entrance and exit are quite far. There are two prayer rooms. There is d basement fitting the car park entrance. It's pretty big. But there is only a place for ablution. There is a toilet but it is not maintained and the second prayer room is on the second floor near the cafe. The mosque is closed. Small. Mix girl guy. There are mukenas too. The carpet smells. I visited 2017 and 2018 there are no significant changes. Still the same.

Okay, if all the full service assessments. Friendly. About dessert, I like them all, even though the dessert cake is not soft enough. The fruit is fresh. I like the layout. Food is ok. Also like the pickled dessert. The table has 4 chairs and 2 chairs. All the cutlery is provided on the table.

Only thing that I love, when we leave the food for a moment. The plate has been cleaned again. Even though I haven't eaten yet. It's good when someone books the event there. Ask first or tell first. That the food that is left behind will be immediately taken by the servants. That is a form of attention when eating and taking it. This is in the event room.

The hotel is very close to the city center. Food is a lot around it from the cheap to the restaurant.

Good hotel with professional service. However, staff can be more friendly especially the new staff. I have been with this hotel for many years but just found out all the new recuit are too arrogant. More customer service approached needed in order to make guest feel welcome in this hotel. I think the housekeeping staff are friendlier than the front office staff.

Worth the stay if you can get the hotel for less than 100 USD / night. Used to be called Hyatt Regency Bandung, and rebadged to Aryaduta recently.

Being previously a Hyatt, this is a big 5-star hotel. Rooms are quite big, and can easily fit 3 people or 4 people if those people don't mind sleeping in the sofa bed. Pool are quite okay, however the kids club was a bit disappointing since there's no staff is attending the club.

I have booked for a night and actually the hotel was awesome, nice view and as well as good location they connected with Bandung Indah Plaza. The swiming pool and the breakfast was also great. Aryaduta is on my favorite list in Bandung, recommended for everyone. Farewell, its nice hotel.

This was a hyatt hotel but changing to aryaduta hotel. The place is in the centre of crowd, so the traffic around the place kinda hard to go through at certain hours. Also the hotel didnt have too much parking space, they use the BiP parking lot, u can ask the resepsionist for stamping the parking ticket for free hotel parking.

Great to have express checked in, room has good view and well maintained for an old hotel, a bit modernized will be great. This hotel has pool for kids too, add hot water would be great for kids. Breakfast was delicious nothing to complain except variety is not many as expected. Check out process faster than checked in which is great. Over all it was nice stay with great staff hospitality. Perfect peaceful ambience! The room is spacious and clean, it has bathtub too! The food is good. The staffs are really nice. They have pianist playing music and can be heard all over the lobby until your door front, but not in your bedroom. Nice homey feeling.

I always love coming back to this hotel. Cozy, laid back with a vintage style architecture. Suka sm banyak pilihan sarapannya..and the swimming pool. I was lucky got the 301 view.
