My husband and I often stay here when we come for my appointments at the UC Health Anschutz hospital across the street. The location is very convenient for that and we appreciate the special patient rate. The rooms are always very clean and quiet. I only wish I could book the patient rate online because I don't like talking on the phone.
Extremely comfortable room, very spacious inside, no microwave in the room, concierge was very polite and didn't hassle me about a mask. The room was very clean and the hot water was instant, extremely large shower enough that you could fit two or three people in. Ample parking in the parking deck with chargers for your electric car.
Absolutely amazing lobby! Incredible layout for the rooms.

Being a customer service representative maybe spend a little more time with your employees. They deserve it!!
Not good. I booked a king. I booked weeks in advance. I arrived at hotel, and they did not have any king for me. They refused to refund my money for a prepaid room, and they refused to accommodate me in the type of room that I paid for. Desk clerk would not call a manager, or lift a finger to help. She said take it or leave it, you paid for it, so it s basically up to you if you wanna use it or not. We used it because we d prepaid, BUT WE DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT WE PAID FOR! I would have expected much better from any Hyatt, much less a Hyatt Regency. In the morning, I complained again, and the clerk again couldn t have cared less. I ve gotten far better service at the Holiday Inn! This property is called a Hyatt Regency, but its level of service is lower than the La Quinta!
We had a great time. We travel out here every 3 months for my daughter's appointments and im very pleased to express my gratitude for the staff throughout the hotel. They were very polite and the rooms were so clean. The staff answered any questions we had with it being our first time here that helped a lot and we felt safe where we were. For an experience like we had, we will be back. Thank you all for being so kind!
Convenient location if you have appointments at the nearby hospitals. Hotel was clean and quite. Staff was friendly and helpful. A little bit of walk for parking. In room amenities were great. Starbucks coffee, Tazo tea, mini fridge, comfortable couch and chair. Bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the extra cleaning.
The personal are beyond perfect!!! They really understand the car and consideration there guests appreciate. When in Denver I know where we are going to stay.
The room at the Hyatt hotel was nice an neat and clean. I appreciated the amenities. And the staff, especially Craig and Ryan were both professional and personable when helping me with my needs.
Nice hotel, great service. The night desk man was great. Kinda wish I'd been told that breakfast wasn't included (half the reason i usually pick the Hyatt brand, great breakfast)but all in all nice place
Just the best place to chill or just stay over night...great bar, get something to eat or drink...and just relax...nothing to worry about except you next drink or meal...this is the place to go..thanks Hyatt Regency Aurora/ Denver...your place ROCKS..
