Omni Interlocken Resort & Spa Review

Whoa! Can't wait to come back again! Booked this resort for a fantastic rate at . I love this hotel and I'm really grateful I stayed at my favorite hotel for much less than what I usually pay.

I visited a friend who was staying here the rooms were nice. Her boyfriend and I used their gym, a very nice extensive gym for a hotel. There is what looked to be a very nice heated out door pool that is open year around. The hotel had meeting facilities and a spa where massages are available, and possibly beauty treatments and hair but I am not positive about all of the amenities. All in all from what I saw on my short 2 hr visit a swanky place. The desk staff was courteous and helpful I would definitely stay there myself.

We have loved the Omni for quick get aways, and returned this past weekend. Unfortunately, a family emergency required is to leave after only two hours and without the luxury of relaxing over night ...
Staff responded with great concern and care, not charging us at all, and wishing us and our family in need well.
We will definitely return.

Great option if you want wonderful views, good proximity to shopping and food, and great customer service! We stayed here for Christmas and the staff was excellent at every turn. If you have pets, this hotel is pet friendly and provides lots of grass to roam.

Went in for a massage and was told it would be $140 for a 90 minute massage. Told the masseuse I wanted a deep tissue massage, really work the muscles, and she didn't seem to know what she was doing. WAY TOO MUCH oil and didn't even really work my muscles, she just pushed and put a lot of pressure on my tendons. Pulled on my skin a lot for some reason... And at the end, I was charged $140 for what was only a 30 minute massage that was only as good as you could expect from a sketchy strip mall massage parlor. Would not recommend their spa.

The hotel is great. It is my favorite hotel in the area. They have a very nice breakfast buffet and aesthetically pleasing rooms. My only complaint is that they don't seem very environmentally conscious, using small disposable bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc.

Average stay. We had a room for all the bride maids and wedding party to get ready. The a/c wasn't working. The bride and groom did not get the bridal suite as reserved. Our room was average and when we checked out, we had a $120 charge for golf. We were only spending the night after our son's wedding.

A great place to stay during a family trip, the staff hospitality is top notch and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. People on business trips will also find the Omni hotel accommodating because of the spacious conference rooms that are readily available. If you plan your trip during the warm season don't forget there is a challenging golf course waiting for you right outside the hotel.

Did the golf package. Had a great time golfing for 3 days. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. Only downfall of the room was no microwave.

Pros: Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, beautiful views (pictured), and close to food and beverage options. Extremely comfy bed.

Con: Rooms need a little work (pictured). There was about a 1.5 inch gap beneath the door that anyone outside could look through. I threw a pillow down in front of it. Acceptable for economy hotel, surprising to happen at an Omni.
