Not good. I booked a king. I booked weeks in advance. I arrived at hotel, and they did not have any king for me. They refused to refund my money for a prepaid room, and they refused to accommodate me in the type of room that I paid for. Desk clerk would not call a manager, or lift a finger to help. She said take it or leave it, you paid for it, so it s basically up to you if you wanna use it or not. We used it because we d prepaid, BUT WE DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT WE PAID FOR! I would have expected much better from any Hyatt, much less a Hyatt Regency. In the morning, I complained again, and the clerk again couldn t have cared less. I ve gotten far better service at the Holiday Inn! This property is called a Hyatt Regency, but its level of service is lower than the La Quinta!
