Was going to stay here but I pulled into the parking garage and then decided to go get food first... Literally 2 minutes...7 dollars... Literally just for pulling in and pulling back out. Not staying here this trip now... Or ever. I hate businesses with poor ethics.

Invincible location, Flushing core area, the hotel facilities are well maintained, the bed is especially comfortable, breakfast is more abundant than the same level brand of Marriott Hilton. Except for the price is slightly more expensive, everything else is perfect. It is recommended to use Hyatt points to redeem for check-in. I hope not to upgrade Cat in the future.

The hotel was uniquely situated in the heart of the One Fulton Square complex, making getting delicious foods a breeze! We had some problems with some older plumbing, but their staff took care of the issue right away. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The rooms are very clean and modern. The rooms are quiet and I had a good sleep, even though planes passed by regularly towards JFK. The breakfast had a full selection of hot and cold American and Asian food. There is a rooftop bar .Parking is $28 a night. The neighborhood is full of Asian, Japanese, Korean restaurants.

Hyatt is a lovely place in the grand old heart of Flushing. This area has been on the ride and the new shopping areas and restaurants definitely show it as such. Parking is a bit of an issue, but the trick is to park at SkyView parking lot by best buy and Bob's. It's much easier than driving around looking for a parking spot and the local Municipal lot always seems to have a line

Booked this hotel for a one night stay in NY specifically because it had an airport shuttle. After calling and confirming several times, we got to LGA and waited more than an hour. When we contacted the hotel, we were told to take a taxi, totally inconvenient with my 2 year old. Their explanation was that the shuttle does not run when it is busy, too much traffic. Well do not advertise that on your website. I would never stay here again, unreliability at its best.

ROOM:

ROOM:
The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. They provide Starbucks coffee, basic cable, and wifi. There were a lot of towels too as well as soaps and a hair dryer in the bathroom.

SERVICE:
The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. When I called the operator for help, he was also friendly. The shuttle driver was very patient with my family and I who had no idea where we were going and needed his help.

LOCATION:
Right next to the 7 train and a lot of good food shops.

OVERALL:
I'd stay here again.

The front desk is ill run, unfit. They did not call the room to alert me that my guest was waiting in the lobby. When asked they claimed to have done so severally. It was a busy night so this may explain it. However, this was a dire communication error on their part that took over 20 mins to address. The quarters themselves are modern, up to date. Hyatt as a brand is reliable. It depends on which location you end up in.

The location is confusing to get to if you are not familiar with the area. But, once you find the parking garage, it is very convenient to the hotel. The staff was helpful and responded very quickly to our requests. It worked very well for our needs.

Went to Leaf Bar on a Saturday night for drinks. They've set up an insulated barrier on the rooftop area so you can still drink outdoors without freezing to death. The drinks are delicious as are the finger foods. Would highly recommend.

The review is definitely over-rated. It's a 3 star hotel. The room is very clean and modernized, but no view due to the location. Don't expect the same Hyatt level in this hotel. I felt like I was in China. The parking service was the worst (must be a New York thing!); to drop off and pick up my car took more than 30-40 min.
Loof top bar and swimming pool are hidden gem. But the bar was packed with local young people, looked like only hangout place for the locals on the weekend. Good drinks though! I definitely don't recommend except the roof top bar.

Good hotel for business and leisure. Free hot breakfast buffet with good variety. Efficient pleasant staff. Close to La Gardia airport with free shuttle. Quiet too; only heard jets a few times a day.
