Hyatt Houston Bush IAH Review

Nice hotel with reasonable price. I spent five nights here and the experience was great. The surroundings were not that safe as mentioned by other comments but they do provide shuttle service and free parking. There were security guards in the hotel and parking lots, one time when I came back at 11pm, I even saw a police officer standing in the lobby which made me felt very nice. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Only bad thing is that the shuttle only goes every hour, so if you have a flight at 8:20am like me, you probably need to prepare to stay around two hours in the airport ..

Woah! So excited to come back! Booked this hotel for a excellent price at . I enjoyed this resort and I'm extremely happy I stayed at my favorite hotel for much less than what I normally pay.

When I arrived at the airport here in Houston I called the hotel for the shuttle service. By the time I walked from my gate to the shuttle pick up spot my guy was already there! He drove like Steve McQueen to get me to the hotel and there was no messing around! My room was beautiful, clean and especially quiet. The restaurant and bar area is very clean and well staffed and I had an excellent breakfast of caramelized bananas, banana pancakes and ham! Definitely the best hotel breakfast I ve had in years! I would highly recommend this place.

Spacious rooms, extremely helpful staff and cleaning crew who at lease checked in every day to see if I needed anything, despite notifying them I would not need service during my stay.

This property does claim recent renovations, however I did find the renovations to be rather minimal at best, using the same dated furniture. However, with how low their rates are, combined with the level of comfort and service provided there's not much one can find wrong with this property. In fact, the beds were among the most comfortable I've had in Houston, and the sheets extremely soft and lux!

For a quick, no fuss, easy and comfortable night stay, a layover, or business trip I definitely recommend.

We rented the presidential suite. It has one bedroom and 1.5 baths. Dining area. Wet bar. Sitting area. All nice. The issue was the wet bar didn't have glasses or an ice maker. Another issue is the adjoining door to the next bedroom. We could hear our neighbors and I am sure they heard us. The service was good. The hotel is clean and big. The staff was pleasant.

This seems to be a fairly decent hotel. We encountered attentive staff members and a standard room layout. Unfortunately, our experience was degraded as something in the room caused a ceaseless allergic reaction during our 2 night stay. We're uncertain if the allergies were caused by the bed, the coverings or the feather pillows, but the symptoms cleared fairly quickly during outings into the city. It's not likely that we'll stay again or recommend this due to our experience.

We noticed our room did not have a refrigerator as management ensured us that all rooms did. Guest services apologized for the mistake and even checked on us and confirmed we had no other issues; we experienced exceptional customer service during our stay. However, housekeeping never supplied our room request with the correct amount of towels/rags. No other issue with the property, parking, or room.

First time in this Hyatt location. We stayed only for one night using points (Cat 1: 5k pts). We had an awesome check-in experience with Joselyn at the front desk. She assured us room was fully sanitized and they are following Covid-19 protocols. Hallways and elevator in good shape. Room was in excellent condition. Very large TV with media center. Large desk to work with laptop. Bathroom in good shape. AC is "central" (great!) instead of the typical white unit near the window that makes a lot of noise and dry you up. Plenty of parking and there was a security guard card in the entrance. Fences around parking lot. We had a great experience in this Hyatt and we will come back for sure in the near future.

I went to the hotel for a trap Paint and Sip party. For my birthday and I had the most wonderful time with a lot of different people. The DJ and the NC was very down to earth. The music was all types of music country rap R&B it was such an experience. I found out that I don't like painting but I still had a wonderful time. The inside of the hotel was very gorgeous I love how it had all the windows. And the high ceiling was magnificent. I love how you can walk and see all the floors from the top. And how they greet you from the door. Is I arrive I seen the Africans coming out of church and everyone was dressed so wonderful and I had a wonderful time seeing attire.

Stsyed here for 5 nights. Please wear a mask! Interior/Exterior of hotel is clean. Friendly front desk staff as well as housekeepers. Did not dine on property however McDonald's and Popeyes are nearby. Received great service and would return again.
