Staff was very friendly and professional. shower could use some updating but overall a great stay! Ocean view and access to the beach was incredible! Great hot tub and pool. Will definitely stay here again!
I traveled to this location on Monday 3/8 until Tuesday morning by myself and it was one of my best hotel stays by far for traveling in the US. The customer service is beyond amazing and friendly. Upon check-in the employee Only went above and beyond with his customer service and made sure any issues or inquiries I had were taken care of. The hotel is in the most perfect location with absolutely beautiful water views. Exceptionally clean inside and out. The complimentary breakfast bar was perfect with just the right amount of food and beverages. They also made sure all safety precautions were in place which made me feel really comfortable. I had to leave a review because its been a while that I was wowed by a hotel for the price I paid and location. The staff again did an amazing job and everyone single employee I seen were working so hard to make sure the guest were satisfied.
We had some issues with the hotel. Our stay was in June 2020. The air went out in our room. They said no one would be there foe three days to fix it. They gave us a fan and the option to switch rooms. Unfortunately, the beds were not good and my husband threw out his back so he could not move for three days. I will say the size of the room was nice. There no structural issues with the room.
Amazing place & the beachfront is spectacular. This is must stop by place. View are great from the room. Outdoor eating area is awesome. Sunrise view is breathtaking, just make sure you are an early riser the sunrise. Both the street view and ocean views are sick. I highly recommend this hotel, clean & fresh.
Ummm its nice looking on the outside but my 4yo saw a mouse in the bathroom on the last day of our stay. It was soooo creepy.
Had a wonderful stay here right off of the beach which is clean an well maintained, great view from the room as you listen to the sounds of the crashing waves to sooth you into a deep sleep at night. Super friendly an accommodating staff, great for families also beeing so close to the beach, or you can always hit the pool and hot tub while your sipping on a drink from the in hotel bar.
Front desk was very supportive and smiling all time. Rooms were clean and very comfortable with a balcony with an amazing sea view. Several Parking spots and safe. Pool with jacuzzi excellent !!! Breakfast was acceptable. Hotel is in a very good location. Daytona beach is unique.
Very nice and friendly staff. Disappointed that housekeeping has to be scheduled & note servicing hot breakfast but, still very nice place & perfect location. And many great restaurants within walking distance! Especially Mike's Galley! OMG the fresh baked, homemade cinnamon rolls & pastries are FANTASTIC!
Really nice place to stay, went there during the summer of 2017 & 2019. Provided great service and treated their guests with kindness. I'd for sure come back here again!
