June 2018 - We called Enviroshop to have our panels and inverter serviced due to poor performance. They repeatedly argued, using incorrect information, that a tree was shading it. After complaining they provided further advice but no certainty. We went elsewhere. They also don't seem to keep good records.
I have had Envirogroup install Tesla and Solar a couple of years ago. Fast and good setup. To me a companies worth is when things go wrong and how they deal with it down the road after install. In this case A+
There was recently a problem with one of the of the parts that failed and degraded the solar input. Envirogroup inspected, arranged for replacement part, and fixed under warranty with no pushback at all. Now the system is back to saving me lots of money.

Sometimes it's what you don't buy that makes you want to review a company. We were looking to buy solar power and had a number of companies go straight into sale mode. Jason at the EnviroGroup started by finding our property and assessing it from aerial photos throughout the year. From them he advised that due to our tree coverage, we would not get much direct sun throughout the majority of the year.
As much as we wanted to go solar, our house wasn't right and Jason was the only person who actually cared about the end solution, not the sale.
A massive thanks, wish we could have proceeded, we would have used you for sure!

I did lots of research before installing our solar panels.
Four sales people came to look at the job, three didn t really know what they were talking about. The fourth started the install but couldn t do it.
Then I came across EnviroGroup. No pressure selling, all just technical advice. We now have a 6Kw system installed, I chose the solar panels and later will have the battery installed.
A safety rail was installed the day before the installation.
Three young men came (on time), introduced themselves and worked hard the whole day.
Excellent service and quality. I can only highly recommend it.

EnviroGroup recently installed a 4.6 KW PV solar system for us and we could not be happier with the service we received! After having done a lot of research into various companies they impressed us with their technical knowledge, realistic advice and non existing sales pressure! Everything went very smoothly, from beginning to end. Their installing contractors from erg energy, Brodie and James in particular, were fantastic! The entire process from paying a deposit to receiving all the paperwork to organise our rebate only took 4 weeks! Very helpful office staff too! Thank you to Leo and Natasha!
