We noticed our room did not have a refrigerator as...

We noticed our room did not have a refrigerator as management ensured us that all rooms did. Guest services apologized for the mistake and even checked on us and confirmed we had no other issues; we experienced exceptional customer service during our stay. However, housekeeping never supplied our room request with the correct amount of towels/rags. No other issue with the property, parking, or room.
