The route is a bit confusing, because I had to keep going upstairs and downstairs over and over again. But the environment was delightful.

Amazing service, extremely courteous staff which I think really speaks for Japanese hospitality. Rooms are spacious, the dressing area even more so. You can request rooms with Mt. Fuji view or Tokyo Tower view. It is very well located. Roppongi Hills and the surround area is quite happening with many restaurants, clubs, events. About 30 mins from Haneda Airport by Taxi, 2 mins walks from Roppongi Station. Highly recommended!

Great location, lovely hotel for both business and leisure vacation

Great location at the heart of Roppongi. The hotel has a lot of restaurant near by. Being in the Mori tower, you have access to all the stores near by. Walking distance from Hiro station.

I went to the suite right after opening and I felt uncomfortable as there was no amenities and I stayed in the suite.

Lamborghini and the passengers who got on Porsche were fully used.

Great option for a balance of luxury and hospitality .. will be back

The bed in the normal room was very comfortable.

The gym is also available from 5 am to 10 am and seems to be able to reset last night's meal.

We used restaurant in hotel, but content that is high with discount rate of online reservation is high.

Very nice hotel with excellent service (as expected in Japan). Their pool is really nice and a great way to excursive or start your morning (laps only, no playing). Also located in a good area with shopping, restaurants, attractions, and public transit all easily accessible.

There is a stubborn staff and it is not flexible. I am disappointed in Japan's Grahai.

Maduro's service was bad and I felt really disgusted the other day. The person in charge was a part-time woman, but it seems that he has already quit.

Luxury in luxury. I recommend the restaurant that is inside, but it's a good place to celebrate because it will wake you up. There are many ordinary shops around 20000 yen per person. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful despite the middle of the city.

As it is, first-class is different. The luxury of the room is overwhelming! There is no service available. Parking is a masterpiece, with all kinds of luxury cars coming in one after another, such as Benz, Ferrari, Bentley, Lamborghini.

One of the best hotels in Tokyo. The breakfast is famous as one of the highest-quality anywhere. Stayed in a suite room, which features a king bed and the most elegant bathroom I've ever seen, with a walk in shower room with vertical shower and large soaker tub. Service is impeccable with English-fluent staff able to assist you with any need.

I used it at my friend's wedding. Although I was with my children, the children's menu was very delighted with a gorgeous children's lunch even though they were allergic. The adult food was very good.

I don't really think they've invented the words yet to describe the disarming flyness of the Grand Hyatt. What can I say? It's special.

The hotel's a huge obelisk that towers (in a city where everything towers) over the business and tourism area, Roppongi. It's absolutely spotless but not in a creepy way, and the service is the best in the world - just absolutely efficient, charming and polite. My room wasn't huge but was very luxurious - massive bed, TV in the walled glass bathroom, that kind of thing.

Although the hotel's right by a tube station and attached to a big shopping centre full of cafes and kooky clothes stores, you could easily just stay in, because the Grand Hyatt has three bars (my favourite was the Lost In Translation style Maduro, complete with lounge singer) and eight restaurants, ranging from enormous international breakfast buffets at the French Kitchen (Tokyo is obsessed with France and Paris in particular) to Keyakizaka, a stunning teppanyaki restaurant. The Grand Hyatt also hosts weddings, and it was a particular treat to see guests dressed up for a traditional Japanese wedding.

Actually, this whole place was a complete treat, and one I'd highly recommend.

I stayed at the Grand Deluxe Room King. The beds, amenities and customer service were all comfortable and very satisfying. The Tokyo Tower can be seen from the room and it feels like a luxury hotel in Tokyo. It was good that there was space in the hotel and there was no sense of crowding.

Nice, big, business hotel,
but actually way too expensive for what it is (550 / night).
The staff makes everything right, they are very helpful and attentive, especially the young team and if you want to tip them, they refuse (they are very proud of their work). The somewhat older receptionist looked weird when she sees that you as a woman pay the bill.
We had a large room (for Japanese standards, 54 m2) with a spacious bathroom and a view of the whole of Tokyo.

I came here for the Teppan yaki restaurant as I had a meal voucher, the food was great and very delicious with a variety of dishes. I did not pay as it was a prepaid gift, but I am not sure I would return as 14,000 JPY per person with drinks is pretty high for a dinner.

I think French toast in the French kitchen is still the best.
