Great location, lovely staff. Rooms are comfortable.
Top notch Hyatt property in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo. Spacious, large, well maintained rooms. Friendly service. Impeccable housekeeping service. Very near Roppongi Station.
This is probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in while traveling to any place in the world. I would definitely recommend this hotel as one of the top hotels in the city and I would highly recommend anybody to stay here.
Adjacent to Roppongi Hills, it is convenient to use the restaurant etc. feel free to stay.
A hotel representing Tokyo. I have used it for several times, but I think the taste and service are both excellent.
Location minutes from major subway lines. Friendly staff. Breakfast at the grand club lounge was excellent.
Great view in the higher rooms on floors 10 and above
Located in Roppongi Hills, Roppongi Minato Ward. Supernatural and gorgeous.
The staff is also helpful, so I recommend it for a business trip.
Clean and clean hotel.
If you can stay here
I wonder if I can't complain?
It is recommended for those who like the scent because it is possible for the concierge of the scent to talk carefully and to choose slowly and gently.
Great service, Great food and Great location in the center of Toyko
Everything was very professional. Nice rooms but the AC system was not very intuitive.

The food was very delicious and enjoyed without too many varieties.
However, the way from the Hibiya Line Nakameguro Station was difficult and I was quite lost.
Because it is directly connected from Roppongi Station, it was possible to go without getting wet even in the rain. The lobby is large and open. The lounge on the lobby floor was crowded. Within walking distance of Azabu Juban and Nishi Azabu, it is directly connected to Roppongi Hills so you can enjoy shopping.
The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. There are various types of dishes, carefully prepared one by one, you can enjoy the appearance. The breakfast venue didn't seem to be in Japan because many Western businessmen stayed there.
room is nice
food is nice
but the cafe's staff are not good hospitality
Go to the ballroom at the symposium. The flow from the lobby floor is easy to understand, but the route is limited. The room is not very deep and is long in shape (it seems to be easy to use when divided into two). Huaiye is not so wide. Because it was a symposium of 1000 people, there were toilet queues at breaks even if they were scattered on the upper and lower floors.
The concierge was amazing and found us a Shabu Shabu place that spoke English.
Always a great place to stay. Well laid out rooms, comfortable bed and great bathroom! The pool is also really nice. Def a top hotel in Tokyo!
There are many cars in the parking lot that you haven't seen.
I always love staying here when I come to Tokyo. The staff make you feel like family and are prompt in making sure you are comfortable and get what you need. It's always pleasant coming in after a long flight and being able to relax as soon as you step inside. It's also convenient to several nice restaurants and shops as well as the Hibiya and Ueno lines at the Roppongi station.
Top quality Hyatt in the Roppongi Hills area.
The pool is top notch, and the gym is relatively small but sufficient (has smith machine).
I was very confused when I went to the lobby for the first time. The rest were a lot of shops and clean.
Gym is a little on the small size but the pool and baths are excellent.
The Grand Hyatt Tokyo was a nice experience overall. It's in a pretty busy area with a lot walking walking distance. If you're looking to explore, you can pretty much go in any direction and find something interest to eat, do, shop, or see. Immediately below the hotel there are a lot of shops and restaurants in the mall if you're looking for something on the go. However, take the time to branch out and you'll find much more local and authentic places. The size of the room was good for what I expected in Tokyo.
My daughter gave us a wedding.
Anyway, I am impressed by the goodness of correspondence of all of the staff. Even if I didn't ask you, my elderly father's food was easy to eat and I was thankful for his care.
All the dishes were delicious! The dessert buffet was also nice and luxurious. The windows were wide and the openness was nice.
Never disappoints me. My fav place to stay in Tokyo. Not the expensive hotel but the best hotel with service and room maintenance. Great hotel!
We didn't stay. Just went there for a drink. Two bars and both are smoking but it seems the customers prefer cigars to cigarettes. When asked the question if the minimum charge was included in the drink the staff at the Maduro said yes. When they should have said no. Leaving early due to red eyes from the smoke the USD110 for two drinks over 15 mins was poor value.
Keyakizaka's iron plate yaki. The fish and meat are excellent.
My favorite hotel. A space that makes you feel at home, such as music flowing through the hotel and relaxing perfume. .
Luxurious hotel in the Roppongi hills shopping area.
I've been here for parties and restaurants, and it's all very nice! I would imagine it would be a lovely place to stay in. It's connected to Roppongi Hills.
Old but not dated. The Grand Hyatt Tokyo is still amazing after so many years. Service staff are impeccable.
It was very crowded with Christmas tourists, but the customer service is stable.
Solid performer. Good location at Roppongi near the station and close to many shops. Good sized rooms. Clean and modern. Good customer service with attentive staff. You can get the Limousine Bus from the airport that drops you in front the of the hotel, so convenient.
Next to Roppongi Hills. The staff is polite. Very beautiful. foreigners who are visiting Japan is lucky. The services is good & the facilities is very clean plus, its near stores what you want too.
It is difficult to understand the contact from Hills
Great hotel, great service, great restaurants, great rooms. Restaurant Oak Door is very children friendly.
Large rooms for Tokyo. Lot of Nearby options for food. Main complaint is that our initial room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. They switched out room but whole process took an hour.
Great pool and spa. Kids must be over 5 to use pool.
You can enjoy first-class French at reasonable prices for lunchtime on weekdays.

The degree of sophistication is No. 1 Simple and stylish
The service, decor, and location are excellent. However, considering the astronomical cost of the restaurants, they're just OK
The cake at the coffee shop on the first floor is the best. White chocolate is also delicious with wild cracks.
Stayed at the Executive Suite and was easily the best experience I ever had in Tokyo.
The best hotel I've stayed at in a very long time. Amazingly comfortable beds, wonderful staff, beautiful large bathrooms and all very clean and comfortable. Can't recommend more highly!
Curry bread, there are various versions, but there is not always a goal.
After taking the first photo, I enjoyed a good sushi for the first time in a long time and I couldn't get one. It's called red vinegar and everything is very satisfying. I would like to ask the reward again
Had lunch here at the teppanyaki restaurant - food was outstanding! Creative, varied, and delicious; every course was deeply satisfying.
It's in the heart of the city; malls, public transport, the metro station are all easily accessible. The staff of the hotel is efficient & courteous; the rooms spacious & well stocked with all necessities. There are many restaurants in and around the hotel. There is a limosine bus that shuttles between the hotel & airport.
Located next to the hills, it is also used for events and other events. It is large and fashionable.
Excellent, knowledgeable staff keep this beautiful hotel running smoothly. The rooms are clean, luxurious, and spacious, especially considering an average Tokyo hotel room. The hotel is also located conveniently close to the subway lines and taxis have no problem getting to the hotel. There's also a limousine bus that takes you to and from the hotel. It is somewhat pricey, but the level of service is exemplary and the hotel is beautiful.
Breakfast in the French kitchen. They have a very fashionable interior and they have French toast and omelet. French toast is very delicious with cinnamon and honey and maple syrup. The omelet was fluffy and very delicious.
Excellent experience. Phenomenal bed and beautiful hotel overall. Internal connection into nearby business buildings.
They obsessed with keeping the room clean as soon as you left the room.
The luxurious atmosphere sets it apart from other hotels. It is adjacent to Roppongi Hills and is convenient.
This luxury hotel is directly linked to Roppongi Hills, and features over 10 restaurants and bars, including steak, French, sushi, teppanyaki, Japanese cuisine, Chinese, Italian, and sweets boutiques. Easy to use rooms with no waste are also attractive.
Very attentive service and comfortable large rooms. Can't really beat the location.
The night view is very beautiful.
Because the volume of live music of the bar is a little big, it may not be suitable for the meeting.
I think the hotel room is very good with a sense of luxury.
It looks like the pool is swimming in the sky.
very clean, flexible to accomodating guest's requests. always ensures a pleasant stay.
