We had a lunch buffet for western food. The taste and the service was not beyond imagination, but I felt that it was very good because I could not enjoy the buffet calmly. Thank you for the meal.

My room was luxurious and felt like something from the future. The toilets are amazing. Concierge is very nice. The spa is out of this world, with sauna, steam room & jacuzzi tub, and was included for free.
We stayed at the hotel in New Year. The atmosphere in the room was very good and the service was quick.

On the contrary, Oak Door personally was not good enough for taste and service. The atmosphere of the interior is good, but the service other than the staff in charge was cold, and meat was not as expected as I expected. In addition, even though the store is very dark, it is hard for the wine list's iPad to see the menu with the lightness setting of the brightness max. If you want to eat meat, I regret that I would have liked to use Teppanyaki.

Great hotel in Tokyo. Service and location couldn't be better. Many bars and restaurants make this hotel a great choice. However, the rooms are in need of a refresh, if you want a prestine five star room, you may be better off with one of the other Hyatt properties.

Fitness room is small but functional. Pool and men's area is very nice. Massage was terrific. Concierge was extremely helpful. Check in and out staff was very friendly. Room was nicely appointed. The on-site bar was just ok.

Easy to find and highly accessible location. Near to train station is a big plus. Staff were friendly and takes initiative, makes you feel like you're in safe hands. They were well versed in English and I had no problems communicating. Amenities and the room was very comfortable. Only negative about the toilet is that the glass sliding partition tends to be loud when moved. Lights switches were also not super intuitive. Otherwise perfectly happy with the room. Overall highly recommend

Nice rooms but staff was on the snobby side for me, especially the staff guarding the gym, which by the way the gym was small and always overcrowded. I'll probably try another hotel the next time in Tokyo.

I stayed at Grand Hyatt for around a week during a business visit. It's around 30-40 minutes from Haneda airport and is located in Roppongi.
The location is very convenient and if you don't have luggage there is a train station nearby. You can also take the limousine bus from airport. Taxi fare from Haneda airport is around 60-70 USD.
The rooms are modern and have all necessary amenities. You have both shower & bath options. The service is quite good. I did not had breakfast but used room service and food was good. I also used the gym and although it's not very big has all the machines. I did not used the pool but it's of decent size and there is a Japanese bath.
Only feedback is that I sent an email requesting early check in and nobody responded to that. I also did not get the room early but the hotel provided access to bath and shower. Ideally even if early check in is not possible management should have responded.
There are plenty of eating options and bars nearby so would recommend to explore the area.
Overall a good stay.
Teppan restaurant is magnificent. Chef and service staff are super attentive and have this sense of urgency. Will def come back.
Before arriving I read countless five star reviews and wondered how this could be. The answer is an outstanding hotel with amazing staff and service, sizeable modern slick rooms, multiple great restaurant choices, and facilities including an indoor swimming pool and gym. Fantastic job to all the Hyatt team!

Their location to the Roppongi Hills Shopping Area as well as transportation connectivity is the ideal starting point for business and leisure in Tokyo. Location wise the hotel is in quite a dull area, the hotel itsel makes this up by offering decent rooms for a decent price. The few bars and restaurants inside the building offer varying views of the city, and the drinks aren't too expensive.

Very modern rooms, most with a gorgeous view of Tokyo Tower. Bathooms are equipped with a rain shower heads and spacious bath tubs. Well maintained gym, pool, and sauna.
Apparently this Hyatt is known to be a good place to spot celebrities. It's supposedly so good that Hyatt reclassified it from a category 5 hotel to category 6 hotel.
