I want to eat breakfast again in the French kitchen.

One of best hotel in Tokyo. Elegant and excellent survive.

Excellent service and great location. On site restaurants have wonderful food. Plenty of shopping within walking distance.

I went to the restaurant in the daytime, but it was good though it was casual but the food and service were very good

Japan hotels know how to treat guests well, and the Grand Hyatt does it better than almost everybody. The hotel is in a great location, the club lounge has great breakfast and cocktails. I've been here twice now, and I would continue coming here.

Location is good as a base for sightseeing in Tokyo, but there are many people Services are good

On a cold day, I used it, but the staff were kind, not cold, asked me again and again, and I was happy to put on a stove, side, and kindness.

Great business hotel and food for family visit too. Very close to Roppongi Hills which is a great benefit.

A fancy hotel, for a fancy price. My bed could have fit 10 people, my bathroom was fully equipped and the toilet greeted me as I approached by lighting up and turning on.

The staff also called up asking if I needed anything after they were unable to clean the room (because I asked not to be disturbed for more than 3 days in a row).

Visit to use the restaurant. I thought that the interior, the correspondence of the staff, the restaurant service was one of the best.

I loved this hotel. Very nice treatment and they have been very flexible (the latter is not so common in Japan) letting us in before the official checkin time. We have made a gift for being our honeymoon and the room is great. Not to mention the spa and pool area which is a real wonder!

Great place to stay on business in Tokyo. It'd be wonderful if the jazz lounge was smoke free but no complaints about other facilities. Rooms are well maintained. Blackout blinds!!! Pool/spa facilities are excellent and if you stay, make time for a soak and steam. Massage services are pricey but very, very good.

The Grand Hyatt is famous in Tokyo and is one of the best in the City especially amongst the Hyatt chain. The staff are extremely attentive and polite. The rooms are well appointed, modern, and have excellent views. I have stayed at the andaz, park, regency, amongst other hotels and would say that though I don't like the location of all of those previously mentioned Hyatt hotels, the grand is well located for its surroundings even though it's far from some of the more popular areas for visitors.

my favorite place to stay in tokyo. rooms have a great view of residential parts of tokyo. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are killer! the staff is exceptional even by japanese standards.

Both atmosphere and service can be relaxed well. If the view from the room is good, it is a perfect score.

Great place for weddings, very luxury place to be at, was there for a friends wedding, the only problem is that they have disable and baby changing room together so we had to waited for a while to be free.

Very nice hotel. Humongous beds, like two queen beds side by side. Very friendly and helpful staff. Has direct bus to Narita.

My favorite place to stay in Tokyo. It is better if you have access to the Club Lounge.

The hotel is connected to the Mori Building at Roppongi Hills so you can access a wide variety of restaurants all while staying inside.

Rooms are modest in size but very comfortable. I think it is better to get an even-numbered room which faces the street rather than the odd-numbered rooms which face the office building. Anyways, the rooms are quiet ... even the street-facing ones.

I used to stay at work.
After all Grand Hyatt is good. It is good to have a sense of luxury.

This property lived up to what I expect of Grand Hyatt. Up to date and comfortable rooms, excellent service, a solid offering of amenities, and high quality club lounge.

I really have no complaints. The location was great for me, but in Tokyo that is a very personal thing.

We used breakfast buffet during GW. The price was reasonable, the service was perfect, and I was able to enjoy the food in a calm atmosphere. I was worried that the reservation was not possible, so it would be crowded, but it was good to be able to sit without breakfast or line up. I would like to visit you again with the delicious French toast.

Epitome of clean. Spacious beds, rooms, and bathtub. Great view of Tokyo Tower. The concierge helped me book a limousine to the airport in a matter of minutes, saving me the hassle. Wonderful customer service. Definitely would stay here again if given the chance!

There is no omission in a service that does not change. There are hotels in other Hyatt groups that want to raise their heads, but the Grand hotelman feels educated, but Japanese-style hospitality is a sensory response to foreign-affiliated hotels. There may be no know-how to educate students.
Rather, I am interested in personnel and hotel manager talent to properly hire and manage Grand Hyatt hotelmen.
The hotel is people. I want the first-class to be very much while the first-class is decreasing.

I can not reserve Italian on the first floor. Dog is OK on the terrace.

We use medium-sized rooms on a monthly basis, but when we are traveling we stay in sweets. I can not help it to some extent in Tokyo, but I wanted more space. The service and response are at a sufficient level, and the valet service male type will still have a higher repeat rate if you re-visit the customer service. There are a lot of car lovers too.

Used hyatt 2 night certs for our trip. Everyone at this location is utmost courteous from the time you walk in and loved our twin bed room for a family of 4 that included 2 small kids. Hotel is in prime up scale location with pretty much everything nearby

Spacious rooms and good service. It is in a great location near good restaurant and malls.

This is a very luxurious hotel with a very nice room and all. However the check in and check out process are taking too long with quite unresponsive people. The only reason why I stay here is because it is 2mins walking distance to my office and the Narita bus has a stop in this hotel. Other than that, for the same price I'd rather stay at other hotels.

I used to entertain the VIP, but I liked the unusual feeling.
