It's placed in the heart of roppongi. Easy to access shopping malls. Only 5 minutes to roppongi station by walk.

Valet parking makes it safe even for cars with low vehicle height.
I did not eat, but at the French restaurant on the second floor. We had a good meal in a very fine space. The quality of the service was very good although the price of the food was not so high. It was a pleasant and exciting restaurant just for being there.
Beautiful hotel to stay in if you need to be in the Roppongi area.
Stayed at one of their deluxe suites and it's absolutely fantastic. Our room is huge, the view is wonderful, and the amenities make it feel like a home away from home. The only downside is that you might just be too comfortable and not want to leave.
Lovely hotel. Great facilities and brilliant customer service. Would stay here again for sure.
Great Hotel, the staff and service are very good. The restaurants are great too!
It is a splendid hotel. It is easy to understand if you enter from the front entrance by car, but it is a little far from Oedo Line and close to Hibiya Line, but there are few indications, and you may get lost because you need to go through a commercial building. I think it is better to think of it as early as possible.
Very centrally located, great service, English speaking staff which is helpful when you need directions or help with a taxi. Room is comfortable and bathroom has a great shower and bath. In room amenities are good.
We often use French Kitchen on the second floor for children, and we often use the restaurant on the sixth floor for adults only.
Visit at a wedding, food is delicious and close to the station
This 5 star hotel has a great location in Roppongi, a vibrant commercial district in Tokyo, Japan, with an art museum, a cinema, an observatory deck, and high end shops and restaurants. It's rooms are comfortable, very quiet and spacious, and the staff, especially the front desk one, is well trained, helpful and multilingual. I particularly liked it's close proximity to the subway lines, and it's excellent airport transfers service in a Mercedes Benz sedan. The complimentary breakfast has a wide choice of food, although it is undeniably European. I highly recommend this hotel but warn you that it is pricey. I look forward to yet another stay in the hotel when I'm next in Japan.
At the same time, we were able to provide you with a car at the same time as making a checkout at the restaurant.
Located in Roppongi Hills .Good location. Great restaurants
Great staff and service, great rooms, good restaurant choices and great location. I had to extend by a day and they were fully booked not the manager worked extra hard to keep me in the same room - which was going above and beyond.
At the entrance, the temperature was firmly measured.
I used a sushi restaurant, but the sushi was very delicious inside the calm restaurant.
The clerk's response was also wonderful.
I went to pick up a foreign guest by car.
I waited for about 20 minutes in the waiting area of the car, but I was overwhelmed by only luxury cars attached to the car jam one after another.
It is unlikely that I will stay.
I love the atmosphere and feeling here. It located in a nice location. Price is a bit high but reasonable. Service is great. Hotel staffs are so friendly and helpful.
Actually, I wanted to give here 5 stars but i had situation that I had paid the room for fully price but the hotel staff told me the do the deposit over 300,000 yen by my credit card, and I think it s unreasonable. However, they refunded me. Moreover, I want them improve the check-in system to make it faster and flawlessly.
Awesome hotel. Amazing rooms. Expensive restaurants though.
Service is very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness. Wow. They make up your room twice a day. Amenities galore. The spa, hot tub, pool, massage chair and gym are top notch. Worth every single penny. If you've forgotten to pack almost anything no worries: they have you covered.
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The only small problem is the cost: about 26,000 yen or $300 a night.
Grand Hyatt Hotel has one of the best rooms in the city. They are spacious and always spotless. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Also easy to reach from airport through the Airport Limousine Bus.
Next to Roppongi Hills, there is no direct public transportation. In that sense, it is hard to say that it is convenient for transportation. It is easy to understand if it is a hotel for the rich. I do not know about the service etc. because it is not for accommodation purpose.
Only went for drinks and small food. Nice place, good food and atmosphere
I was allowed to use the bar, but it was not too hard service and I felt good.
The Grand Hyatt is an amazing experience. Everyone and everything is perfect.
Great service, excellent breakfast and very nice room in a very nice part of Tokyo. The view from the window wasn't amazing, that was the only thing to stop it being perfect.
It is disappointing that the room is in the low rise and the night view is another one, but the location of Roppongi Hills is wide, the variation of the play is wide, the restaurant and the bar are abundant, the fitness and the spa are fulfilling, there is a sense of luxury and the hotel An adult hotel where you can enjoy your stay. Hotel man's service was also refreshing and the best.
The use of the hall was very large and wonderful, and I was overwhelmed by the difference in appearance and contents before entering.
Outstanding hotel. It has been one of our best hotel stays. Discreet staff , excellent service and food
The standard by which I measure every other hotel. There are none better.
It is a cozy hotel. The terrace restaurant on the first floor is good!
There are a number of great restaurants located in this hotel. Oak door is one of my favorite.
You can feel the quiet and calm atmosphere in Roppongi. However, it is an image with many people such as tourists and businessmen on location.
It used to be that there was a TV Asahi in the old days. I will walk a little from Roppongi subway station, but I feel somewhat close when I go through Roppongi Hills ... I was called at a wedding ceremony before, but it is the best hotel.
Those who can mention the ceremony here are also wonderful people, of course. I'm envious.
High end hotel, good serive and spacious rooms. Best thing i love about it is the blinds - its completely dark
Top quality place in Roppongi Hills Mall. Spacious rooms for Tokyo. meets expectations of Western business travelers, but overkill for families or budget travelers who are here to see the city and not to enjoy the facilities.
We went April 2013 and stayed at the Roppongi Grand Hyatt as well as Tokyo Park Hyatt. Park Hyatt had much nicer amenities and room furnishings. However the Roppongi Hyatt was more walkable and had the restaurants we wanted to eat at, including Jiro's son's sushi place.
When we arrived the room's view was not to my liking (looked to be at ground level because of a grassy walk way) despite request at booking for a nice view, the front desk immediately apologized and moved me to a higher room.
The rooms and amenities were wonderful, if I hadn't stayed at the Park first I wouldn't even be missing the bath salts and fancier lotions. Wished I did this Grand Hyatt first then the Park Hyatt though.
Greatservice and food
Also the staff is super helpful.
The pool is out of this world.
The entire building feels chic. The toilet is a bit dark, and the lid of the Western-style toilet is automatically opened and surprised in that. It is a nice place.
The French toast at breakfast is amazing.
Convenient location, comfortable beds, and automatic toilets - what else could you possibly want?
Hills is the place to be. Great service. Easy to get to by airport bus from Narita
Staff that are clean and helpful.
A very nice hotel.
When I'm tired from work such as on weekends, I sometimes stay with me to change my mind.
It was very beautiful and luxurious, and the correspondence was perfect.
Great hotel, expensive but you get what you pay for!
Beautiful hotel, easily accessible to subway, extremely friendly hotel staff
Very very near from Roppongi Hills. It's so convenient.
Great hotel, friendly staff and I would stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo
Amazing, convenient and with great service and amenities
I used a French kitchen for dinner. It is a restaurant with a good atmosphere.
Upscale neighborhood, although a little inconvenient in terms of local train lines. Rooms are extremely well appointed and staff is as professional and courteous as you expect from this tier of hotel.
Make sure to hit up the pool and spa -- there's an "onsen" with hot/cold baths and a dry sauna in the back of the locker room. Free to get in if you're a member of the Hyatt Gold program (which is free itself).
Staff are extremely polite, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Only thing that would have made it better would be a view from the room, since low floor rooms have no interesting views.
Amazing experience. Free pool and exercise room, complete with sento locker room, made for a perfect stay.
We are frequent guests here and having made this our main hotel of choice in tokyo following the earthquake in March 2011. Prior to this for some years we stayed at the Park Hyatt in Shinjuku but decided that after the earthquake we were going for low floors
The GH roppongi hills is in a great location - in roppongi but far enough away from the dregs and sleaze.
Facilities at this hotel are very good from excellent parking, restaurants, open areas, event spaces to the spa, sauna and pool. The club is on the higher floor and provides the usual hyatt style etc etc
Due to the hotel being in the mori hills complex everything is well kept - the adjacent complex also house various restaurants, stores, banks, coffee stores etc along with a number of companies - international banks, media etc
Staff at the hotel always remember us on arrival - excellent service. The arrival area can get quite busy at times as this is a busy / popular hotel.
If you like walking the location is great, once you have a clue of the area, as you can walk to Aoyama/Omotesando within 25/30minutes. By taxi you can get everywhere fairly easily. There is a subway station below the hills complex - so if its raining you don't even need walk outside
We have stayed in a variety of the rooms from regular, jnr, club etc - no complaints
The French kitchen does have a terrace and so you can enjoy breakfast outside - though after a prior bad experience we now avoid breakfast there
