One of the best resort I have ever been.the staff is amazing , kind and helpful. The food In the hotel restaurants is one of the best I have ever eaten in the US.this place is amazing for families. The pool with the sea sand is so nice.we will come back soon :)

Very nice property. The pools and water features are not to be believed. We had the Wine and Dine dinner at SWB which was VERY good. They also do a tequila pairing. This dinner is offered twice nightly for up to 6 guests at a counter next to the kitchen. One of the Chef's is dedicated to the meal.

The location is amazing. It is tucked away from all the traffic. And well hidden. The lounge area was huge, and I was in awe of how beautiful the building was. I would recommend this place.
We had a great time at this hotel. Up to date rooms and a great property with a free form pool with lots of different options. You can rent bikes and ride around the area. The hotel is conveniently located. We paid extra for the concierge floor and they had great food options and a beautiful outdoor seating area with a lagoon with fish and ducks.
Excellent resort with plenty to do. On the down side, everything is expensive, but that's to be expected.
Absolutely amazing hotel with great service. The service made the experience truly memorable and both my Mom and I were very impressed. Everyone who works there is so helpful, personable, has great customer service skills, and did everything possible to make sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Will definitely be going back!
Absolutely Beautiful Hotel! Everyone was very professional and personable! The pools are great for families as well as for couples. Played a round of golf at the country club connected to the hotel. They were great as well.
This is my 4th stay at this resort and I come here to attend an executive training seminar and I love this resort. The rooms are clean and no noise issue. The staff and service is 5 star. I would definitely recommend this resort and I plan to come back for a personal stay to take part of it's many amenities. I have yet to try the pool and water slide but the gondola rides is a must!!!
One of our best stays in the PHX area (and we have been there A LOT). Excellent staff from front desk to Regency club. Beautiful, vibrant property with lots for a family to do. We will definitely be back!
Down to earth. Great pools. Rooms done nicely. Huge tvs in the rooms. Some interior a bit dated with brass. Could have more dining options. Food felt pricey. Lots to do and free bike rentals!

We spent such an amazing weekend at this resort. Everyone can find their favorite spot and entertainment here. This place is a small paradise with the beautiful nature and such a friendly customer service.
Our stay was fantastic! The service was great and very friendly, and the pool was pretty awesome as well. Would recommend!

As a manager, I tend to observe how the employees treat guests and I have to say they do provide very friendly attentive service. The place has beautiful surroundings and nice food. Different pool areas lets you choose between open or more private areas and has different slides for kids. They have live bands at night which make good ambience and the bar has a good variety of drinks. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom was beautiful and well maintained. Overall I had a very nice experience. If I ever visit Arizona again, I will definitely stay in this place.
I booked 2 rooms at this resort based on the reviews and photos, however, I was sadly disappointed when I arrived and checked in today. The rooms had fine prints on light switches, the furniture was old and worn, the couch had stains on them, the ceiling has pieces of drywall chipped/missing, there were pieces of tape on the wall, and the balcony furniture looks old and worn. This is NOT what I expected when I booked 2 Palm Suites at $331/night.

I grew up loving this hotel. It s a beautiful layout and I ve always had a good time, which is why I chose to spend my 30th bday weekend there. To say the least, I regret it completely.
1. $21/day to park your car. $30/day in resort fees. $100/night in incidentals. I was out $300 before I could even step into my room.
2. I purchased an upgraded room and, despite it being clearly written, the room had no robes. After two requests to get robes sent up..nothing. Also, no room service menu in the room either.
I by an upgraded room in peak Hotel season to celebrate my 30th bday and I can t even get a room with the basics such as menus and robes.
I don t mind spending money. But I HATE wasting money. And this all just felt like a waste. It put a real damper on my bday trip.
The place is very nice with the large pools and huge palm trees. The internet is week and everything is an extra charge so be careful. Also all those pools and no deep end, not sure why this seems to be a trend with hotel pools, but at least leave one pool that is over 4 feet deep.

Very nice resort, lots to do, however was disappointed because my room wouldn't lock all the way I brought it up to staff they said someone would be out in a few hours, 24 hours still no one. There was hair in my shower when I got there. It's beautiful but I expect more out of this place, not motel 6 quality.
Fabulous property!! Stayed here for a short weekend getaway and truly loved it.
The facilities are clean and new, there is plenty of pools, and they have a very full activity schedule each day. Many of the activities offered are even free!
They have live music every night in the lobby and even offer gondola rides on the lake.
By far one of the worst hotels I ve ever stayed at! Came for a Labor Day staycation and things only got from bad to worse from the moment we arrive. First the concierge, mocked me for asking where the elevators are twice because I was distracted by children, and I figured they were just busy. But hotels are busy all the time it comes with the territory. Then at the pool I ordered virgin daiquiris for my 10 and 6 year old and lunch, I asked them to bring the drinks first brigade it was 109 out. 50 minutes later, no drinks and no food. I approach the hostess and ask her and she says it s Labor Day weekend and they re busy...well, hire more staff then! After the long wait, my daiquiris were brought with alcohol!!!!! They served alcohol to minors!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!! Sadly, this happened again later at dinner, again they gave me alcoholic drinks versus the virgin I asked for, and once again, they served alcohol to a minor!!! I don t know what kind of managers are running this hotel where they think it s ok to serve alcohol to minors, but they should be ashamed of themselves. Later that evening I asked where s the nearest gas station since the market place did not serve charges, they said one mile up the road, no more than a 5-6 min drive in the car, well...it turns out it was more like 5.6 miles up the road to be exact, the staff should be knowledgeable as to not to leave their guests astray. Then, when I went to go ask the manager to compensate for my already miserable stay, she said to me, I will talk to the food and beverage staff regarding that mistake. No apologies, nothing! If you re running hotel, you should be expected to be aware of these things, when people ask for virgin drinks, you give them virgin drinks!!!!! Quite possibly, one of my most miserable stays.. more like miserablecation versus staycation. The manager should be stripped of her position, because clearly she has no control of her staff, no sense of good customer service and finds it quite alright to serve alcohol to minors.
Loved it here! Stayed forth of July weekend they had live bands and fun things for the kids, bar at the adult pool!
We have been here for many weddings as well as drinks and listening to the live music. Beautiful property!
I came for my firm's partnership meeting. The staff was both accommodating and attentive. From Crystal, the manager, at check-in, to Brian, Timm and Arrial the service staff at our meals, we wanted for nothing. The food was both flavorful and well presented, plus the ability to address dietary needs was amazing. Loved the bars, lounge, work space areas, and conference space. Probably not enough bathrooms for the conference space, but just had to be patient. The only drawback was have a room by the read loading dock. Having trucks beeping as they backed up multiple times between 5:30am and 7:00am was the only big issue. Just cut into a short night's sleep. But a nice place to be in Scottsdale.
The facility is simply beautiful but it's the hotel staff has made it stay phenomenal! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and goes out of their way to make your stay a great one. I've fully enjoyed my experience here!
Held a fundraiser their for a local non profit. Staff was wonderful and courteous, and made sure that everything was taken care of.
Excellent resort! They have a lot to do there and there pools are great along with the Water slide which is awesome. They have great food and a great selection. There spa area is very nice and relaxing and the mineral pool is fantastic. The landscaping is very nice with ponds lakes and wildbirds. Very recommended.

Great resort in heart of Scottsdale - love the free bikes and riding the nearby Indian Bend Wash path.
Had a horrible experience with their valet. Left our truck sitting in the valet parking lot with the doors wide open, the keys in the ignition and walked away leaving it like that for approximately 20+ mins. As we kept asking what was going on with our truck they kept stating it would be right up.
At this point we are now late for our appointment so we ask again where the truck is, they state they couldn't get the truck to start and pointed and stated it's over there leaving us to deal with it.
Not only were the keys left in the truck and the doors left open but the truck was left in drive, hence why they couldn't start the truck. Your a valet service.... Key in, put into gear, deliver the vehicle pretty basic service one would think.
Advised management at the front desk of the issue, thanked us for the info yet never even asked for our name. Poor customer service!!
Then when we went to check out this morning after waiting with our luggage another 15-20 mins outside the valet once again stated that the truck wouldn't start. At this point we were extremely upset to say the least.
End result truck had to be towed to a local dealership where come to find out there was an issue that resulted from the valet tugging on the shifter so hard that it caused the wiring to get disconnected.
Absolutely no care or concern for your vehicle nor the inconvenience that this caused to their guest.
Completely dissatisfied with our stay at this location and would never recommend to anyone.

Weird a/c system shuts off every 30 mins says room unoccupied.
Makes for a hot sweaty night as day temps are 110.
Main problem was the 3 rude staff I incountered.
If you want to have your stay ruined by hotel employees this is your place.
The Spa was an absolutely perfect place to relax that day!
We had dinner at Alto. The food and service were amazing. The staff were so responsive that we hardly even noticed them removing plates and filling drinks. I was very pleased overall.
We brought our kids here over the 4th of July! Wasn't too crowded and the kids had a blast. It was a little frustrating seeing as many drunk people as we did in the kids area at the beach, one of which stumbled and fell straight back and almost landed on my 4-year-old that we happened to grab and move just in time, but other than that everyone had a good time!
Overall I though my experience at this hotel was mediocre. I thought the food here was okay and the service had ups and downs. A lot of the people working here were helpful, but sometimes our room was not properly cleaned. This also got added to the fact the throughout our whole stay there was always an issue with our room keys not working properly. On the upside there is plenty to do here. They have a massive pool area with plenty to do(sadly most of it was unusable because the heaters were broken). There is also a fun area with plenty of games for kids which is a blast to hang out in. So all things considered this was a very average hotel experience.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful pools and lots of fun things to do if you're up for fun. There is plenty of space to relax in peace if you want that, and the restaurants are top-notch as well. Friendly staff and great service made it a wonderful vacation all around!
Great place! Clean rooms, good food and a nice staff. A little more pricey then other places in town but worth it. My suggestion is try trivago and look for the best rate.
Great beach pool for the kids. The restaurants are very expensive and not that great.
