This is a great property in Park City / Canyons area. Phenomenal service and great amenities. Ski in / ski out.
It's convenient if your skiing or snowboarding, but it's really overpriced for what you get.
Hyatt Centric wonderful property Has a lot to offer very accommodating The restaurant has great food and we really love the hot tub and swimming pool we will be come back thank you for your service I Hyatt
Beautiful location with knowledge and professional staff
The hotel is built on the mountain side, showcasing beautiful views. The hotel staff are helpful and courteous.
Food was good. Got the chicken. Service was why it gets 2 stars. Walked in a half hour before closing and told multiple times they close at 10. Before we ordered they told us the bar was closing so we needed to order drinks. Asked the waiter to describe the dish and he said keilbasa was a type of squash. What he described and what came out was very different. It was like bean soup with chicken in the center. It was great but we asked for bread to finish this soupy sauce and he said it's too slow tonight so we didn't make any. When desert arrived we tried to get coffee but was told they shut down the coffee a while ago. Just poor service and many small things. While the food is good the atmosphere and service was poor. They also turned off the fireplace as soon as we sat down.
My husband and I stayed here a few years back for our wedding anniversary. We had the best experience! The front desk employee was so helpful and friendly. She even let us upgrade our room for free! The beds were comfortable, super nice room, as was the pool area. I definitely recommend staying here!
I have never been treated so badly just by calling and asking a question. just trying to find out if they have really nice Suites for my anniversary, and then totally shut down, and basically hung up on. don't know if I will ever call them back again. looks nice online though
Rooms were great, service was good. Good place for families
Horrible parking experience. I came up there to work and I needed to get in and out of the hotel after meetings and around town for meetings with my vehicle. I'm not a cheap person but I recognize things that are stupid and redundant and if I have to wait to get a valet and wait again to pick up 5 to 10 times a day. They woke up my wife at 8 o'clock in the morning because I went in park my vehicle myself because I was sick of waiting they told her security needed to speak with me and it was very urgent like I had done something criminal. Funny thing is I paid to stay there a few nights, Yup I parked my own vehicle I went and got it and went to meetings that was the only reason I stayed up there was to work. Wake up and learn how to treat your customers. And here's a tip for the valet don't act like you're super interested in the contents of peoples vehicles, when they're turning over the vehicle to you makes it seem like you're up to something it made me very uneasy so I chose not to even use the dang valet for the additional 2 days I was in town. thanks canyons ski resort! They let me park for free for 3 days after I told them the story of how jacked up the Hyatt staff was. Anyways do you want have a good time in Park City and have a rental car do not stay at the Hyatt
Nice room, great swimming pool, free valet parking but no free continental breakfast. Game room is currently in renovation.
The rooms were very spacious and had everything I needed. I was a little disappointed with the food. There were very few options for lacto ovo vegetarians
Loved staying at this hotel. Great amenities such as the game room, ski shop and friendly staff. Beautiful location and very close to the slopes. The gentlemen at the front door (wish I could remember their names) ensure you are taken care of and ready to answer any questions. Highly recommend.
We had the best time, we had originally planned to stay elsewhere (but the accommodations at the OTHER hotel were horrendous). The amazing staff was able to get us a room at midnight and went above and beyond to make our weekend special, they sent gifts and put together packages of things we would like to do. The staff here is incredible I can t reccomend this place enough - thank you for saving our anniversary weekend Hyatt Centric! We ll be coming back every year - it was that great of an experience!
The hotel looks very nice. I was dining here for a company event and it was very nice. The staff at the bar and taking or plates were all very professional.
Everything was great aside from the sketchy elevators lurching and bouncing. Woke me right up in the morning. Nice pool. View is less than ideal for the area but price seemed reflective.
Nice place, Ford invited us and we had a good time at Ford Experience
Beautiful area. Nice rooms, firm beds and great salmon in the restaurant
Pathetic service. Ryan at the front desk is probably the rudest /most unhelpful person I've ever encountered in my many, many years of traveling.
Good, clean hotel. Ski valet is nice. You can drop right into a lift. Getting back to the hotel via boarding was a little tough. We ended up just walking it back from the base of gondola and village. Food was great, and they have warm apple cider in the late afternoons - kids loved it!
Clean, large rooms. Great location at Canyons base. Modern, large all season pool+spa area.
I was just visiting so not necessarily appropriate.
Gorgeous hotel, the rooms were amazing, perfect for a long stay. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location is awesome.
Loved it !!!!! We had the most wonderful Christmas Eve buffet. Delicious food and a really festive ambience. The manager was awesome accommodating a change in our seating time. Thank you so much.
Resort is awesome. Went there for Thanksgiving and the staff was great, pool and hot tub were a hit, nice gym and extremely clean. Great resort
Where do I begin with this place....I'll make it short.
I stayed here for a few days for a conference, the size of the room blew my mind. It's not a room, it's effectively a one bedroom condo. Service was top notch, front desk was really friendly and knowledgeable. Parking underneath building has the option of valet, which I would have taken in hindsight, but I self-parked as that was an option.
If the managers read this, I really want Brie the bartender to get some acknowledgement. Her and I talked for about 20 minutes while I was finishing up dinner one night. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the area, very friendly, and very personable. I'll be submitting something through Hyatt separately for her if it's possible.
Great experience all around. Good food in the restaurant. Friendly service.
Stayed here during a fishing trip with a few friends. Although the hotel had to practice COVID measures of which make there jobs a lot more difficult we still had a pleasant visit. Food and drinks in the restaurant were very nice to have available even though the hotel was almost empty.
I ended up dropping the charger for my Garmin watch and I called and spoke with Ronnie in housekeeping. Ronnie was really nice to deal with and Ronnie went above and beyond to find this charger and then mail it to me at my home. I am very appreciative for Ronnie's efforts and I would stay at this property again. Thank you Ronnie!
Very nice and roomy. Beautiful scenery and great outside temperatures for summer.
Great atmosphere, super cozy rooms and very friendly staff. Put the privacy hanger outside the door and had a person from the staff call to see if I needed anything. I've never had a hotel call and ask that when they didnt clean my room.
Big rooms, great pool/hot tub area, friendly staff. Lovely stay overall and would return.
Great quality place for a quick getaway. Very reasonable prices. The staff was most excellent; very kind and courteous.
Pet friendly means they prefer barking dogs left unattended by their owners. Front desk was NO help in resolving the issue. If you like sleeping in a n upscale kennel, you'll love this place!
This is one of the resorts in the Canyon area, so technically it is in Snyderville and a few miles away from Park City. But the rooms are great, the staff is very friendly, the pool is nice, the aspens in the yard give it a nicely local feeling, and you can easily walk over to the main area where the lifts are. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
Staffs here remind me of Fairmont Mont Tremblant- Classy, Courteous, and Charming.
Just Ok. Nothing terrible but the rating is due to expectations of a "4-star" hotel and the absurd reliance on single-use items and...starbucks. The fact that my $42 steak (room service) showed up in a paper box and plastic utensils is just not right.
This is by far one of my favorite hotels to stay in! Great location and is always clean. Room service is quick and the pool is great!
What a wonderful stay. Only 2 nights but very memorable. A very nice hotel, great rooms, good food, great location, friendly and helpful service. The evening shuttle to main street is a great way to avoid the hassle of driving and allows you to enjoy to the fullest. I would absolutely stay here again.
We had kids jumping on us in the hot tub and the management would not remedy. After skiing, we wanted a resort that would be relaxing, not one that we had to deal with other people's children.
What a beautiful place. We came here for the Ford STSUV Experience. The room was beautiful. The view was awesome. I hope we can come here to ski.
Best dog friendly hotel in PC with a great location and accommodating staff, I will never stay at any other hotel in PC
Awesome customer service and they always take care of us. Ive never had a bad experience.
Good location for skiing, but the ski in/out was not for beginners. Better suited to stay down by the lifts if you are traveling with beginners or kids.
They have circular foot stools in the lobby that are very pleasing.
Extraordinary location. All the perks and perfect for family vacation.
Nice place - good, clean and updated rooms. Service was great - front desk found out I had never been to Park City before, so they arranged for the shuttle take me down to Main St whenever I was ready, and Mark took me on a mini-tour and told me everything I needed to know about where to go to dinner. Great suggestions and an overall great experience!
Stayed here for two nights, Liz at front desk did my check in. The first room had two beds and I asked her if she can change it to one bed because I planned on getting engaged during our stay. She did a amazing job.
The room has everything you need, the outdoor pool is heated and was nice to get into. The kitchen is a wonderful size with everything you need supplied. Large shower and tub with good water pressure.
The parking garage is located under the building is heated and included in the resort fee. I found all the staff friendly and helpful during our stay
The room has a washer and dryer great after a full day being out on the snow. I do wish they supplied detergent but it could be purchased for 1 dollar.
Hyatt members get 2 free water bottles daily at front desk area.
The game room had 2 pool tables and a table tennis. The downstairs had computers available for use.
Overall a wonderful experience would be interested in staying here during the summer when more hiking is available.
The best hotel that I've ever had the pleasure to stay at.
This was my first time at this hotel. The accommodations were nice but needed some repair. The bathtub in my unit had a large crack in the finish. The food was mediocre and some of the wait staff was horrendous. I had a hard time communicating with several waiters due to their in ability to speak English. there are so many lodging options in Park City and at the Canyons that I am not sure I'll stay at the Hyatt a second time. On a plus note - the ski valet staff was awesome!
The rooms where wonderful and the service from the workers where great.
Had a great experience staying here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean, love that there is 2 good sized hot tubs. Will definitely be staying here again!
Horrible customer service on the phone. Put me on hold 3 times and kept hanging up. Called 12/13/16 9:40pm
Nice hotel that is close to the ski lifts and village.
Super modern, updated hotel with great casual fare.
Beautiful place. All around Great Staff If you need a foam pillow please call and request one a day before your arrival date. For some reason it will take them that long to get you one.
Best place to stay in park city canyons village, true ski in ski out, great restaurant and super friendly service.
I have been very Impressed with the Hyatt Centric. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. It's also in a great location between Main Street and the Olympic Park.
I loved the amount of space in the room as well as the bathrooms. It had a great view of the valley from the rooms.
We came to Hyatt centric Park City for a ski trip with family and friends. We were staying in a four room suite, and fell in love with the view and the warm and cozy ambience. The staff and people of Park City are exceptionally nice and accomodating, we've been all around the country and haven't met people as nice as them. We wished we could've stayed here longer. Definitely recommend staying here for your next family ski trip. L
Great hotel! Stay was great, room was amazing, staff was friendly and the restaurant was so dang good!
We absolutely loved our stay here. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Hyatt Centric Park City and loved every minute of it!
Very high class, great room, just an excellent staying experience.
When I arrived I was greeted by Mark, a bellman and greeter. He was incredibly rude and refused to help. It took over 40 mins to get the guests belongings to his room. Thank goodness for Linette at the front desk, she was the only peron that was incredibly kind and helpful.
Roger tried to help but was very busy with multiple arrivals.
Mark was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. He should not be allowed to work with people.
Nice big bathtub, soft sheets, had a fireplace, hotel gave you a card that you could get free red box rentals there in the hotel, had a balcony and outside seats, nice and clean, t.v. was mounted on wall above fireplace so you could a totally watch it while laying down without bifocals screwing it up.
I was in town for a conference. This hotel was amazing. Free shuttle service to downtown Park City. Pool was very relaxing and staff was lovely. Food was very tasty as well.
The restaurant service is excellent. All very young staff, but friendly and helpful. However, the dinner food was not what we expected. The pork tenderloin dry and cold. Apparently , it waited too long until it came out of the kitchen. My friends had the volaille dishes (Chicken etc), and that was rather dry too. It all looks good, but nothing to come back for.
The staff at the Hyatt is the most professional staff I've EVER met at a hotel! They make sure that you are completely taken care of, and will not be satisfied until you feel like a king or queen! I seriously wish I could give more than 5 stars to them! Oh and make sure you try their grass fed burger at their restaurant, it's to die for!!
The hotel is one of my favorites from all over the world. All rooms are very large and I can not because they have just remodeled. Charm because he has a dog there in the lobby very friendly and made me feel at home. The restaurant is very rich and the breakfast is fabulous.
Very well done. Amazing ski in and ski out. Be warned that it's only a Blue slope for entry and exit on skis.
Awesome location, first turn off the highway. Friendly staff, free shuttle to main street. Super sized suites
