We've stayed here twice now. It's a beautiful hotel. The rooms are great, the pool and hot tub area is great. The restaurant is really good! Our biggest complaint is that the beds are not very comfortable.

This is a beautiful property that is very well-maintained. Service was excellent at the front desk, valet, and restaurant. Rooms are well-maintained and clean. Some with high ceilings and fireplace. Very impressed.

This hotel is beautiful. The service was immpeccable and we will definitely be coming back up here for a staycation. They upgraded my room to one of the bigger options with a balcony and it was really nice and VERY clean. The only thing is the walls are a little thin so I think our neighbors might have been bugged, otherwise loved every minute of being here.

We came here for our honeymoon right before the busy season and it was amazing! They treated us so well. When we first got there the lady at the front desk brought my wife and I a gift basket and they extended our stay for free! We will definitely come back here in the future!

Wonderful experience at Hyatt Centric Park City over 3-day wedding anniversary weekend. It was spectacular room with fireplace and view of slopes with fresh snow, and the staff was so gracious and helpful - especially the Filipinos working there on rotation for work abroad college programs. They were absolutely the kindest most helpful and cheerful staff my wife and I have met over 27 years of traveling around the globe. Thank you to the entire Hyatt Centric staff! Jim and Natalie Eads

Contemporary lodge, upscale and such a prime location in Park City. Walking distance from shopping, restaurants and of course, the ski lifts. Staff was VERY attentive to social distancing and sanitization. Excellent service.

The staff was great! It is a really big complex and they would take the time to talk or help with anything they could.

Valet's were great we left and came back several times and they never seemed annoyed about getting our car. Don't forget to tip them for their great service.

Nice rooms, but the best thing was the service, and special amenities they offer! S'mores by the campfire? Yes please! We were celebrating a birthday and the staff made a very special deal out of it, we did not expect such great attention! Thank you!

The setting is great and the rooms are well appointed. The staff are super helpful from the conceriege to housekeeping. Amenities are what you'd hope and plenty of walking trails and gondola action to keep visitors of all ages happy. You're a short 5-10 minute drive from downtown Park City or Kimball junction depending on your wants. We will definitely put the Hyatt Centric on our list of places to revisit in the future.

I just spent a week at the resort for a Wounded Warrior reunion. The hotel is amazing and the staff was even better. The entire resort came together to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. I hope to not only return with the warriors I was with again next year, but to also visit with my family and share the experience I did this past week. Can't wait to return.

The location is great. The nearby ski fields (Canyons) are excellent and to be able to ski all of Park City was also great. The hotel is comfortable but not opulent. I stayed for a week to attend a professional conference and some recreation, of course. The service was surprisingly poor given the cost of the hotel. I found the housekeeping to be particularly erratic. It was sufficiently poor that I contacted Hyatt by email after my trip but I didn't receive a response. It was very odd.

I will stay at another hotel for my next trip to PC because, for the cost (room rate US$400), I would expect a higher standard. And there are plenty of other hotels so why tolerate poor service.

Didn t love this place for many reasons
Too big. Was there for work. Winding halls that go forever.
Inconvenient parking garage that was constantly full
Security passes to go everywhere
Had to change rooms since first smelled of smoke.
Nice outdoor hot tubs need to drive and not walk to downtown. Would be nice for skiing.
