Hyatt Capital gate Review

Hotel was nice, but sadly not really close to anywhere you could walk to in the evening. Room was spacious and with a good view. Only downside was the mattress sagged a little to one side which I rectified by wedging a towel under it. I didn't say anything to the staff as I'd solved the issue, so can't comment on how they would have dealt with it.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Capital Gate hotel. It's part of a new landmark sky scraper just outside of downtown Abu Dhabi. The reception is on floor 18th.

We had a capital suite on floor 24 which was spacious and very nicely furnished, Not overloaded - but state of the art as its finest. And the view from there was impressive. And you don't wanna get up in the morning because the bed feels like you're on a cloud.

Breakfast was great and fresh and so was dinner and the room service (hot and cold mezze are a must).

The swimming pool on floor 19 is not big but beautifully placed with spectacular view.

It's a wonderful and modern hotel and I recommend it strongly.

Great hotel. Always enjoy staying here and I like the remodeling.

Responsible price, good location if you tend to visit the expo center and great hotel

Super delicious breakfast from top quality I have ever seen, room and design very nice and the bathroom with the free standing bathtub with the free view of the sea is gigantic ;-) service and staff is great, you have a new regular guest to win ;-)

The hotel is luxurious and at a good price, overlooking the sea and the bath and the pool is admired by married couples

Wonderful views, impeccable service, friendly staff

The facilities are amazing and everything is so friendly and helpful. From the front desk staff Mr Sami, to the people in the Pinnacle Lounge, Ms Lara and Ms Dae Young, to the concierge. And did I mention that this building is in the Guinness Book of World Records.

The place is very nice in terms of decor, lighting, view and design from the rooms or even the reception area and the hotel in general

When i stayed there they just changed to Andaz. Hospitality was top notch. And the rooms and breakfast was excellent. Killer views from the breakfast lounge and the room. Would have stayed longer if i could

The room was great. Amazing Bathroom. No one answers when I dialed room service (0) twice. Food is expensive +100 for chicken burger which looked fine but tasted so horrible- couldn t eat it. Fries was good.

Most everything about this hotel was exceptional. Service and room quality were excellent and the Spa, Pool, and Fitness Center cannot be missed. Absolutely stunning hotel.

Great view from the windows! Comfortable rooms. Outdoor swimming pool on the 19th floor.

Excellent property with excellent service. A little bit disappointing as the pool was under maintenance and the same was not informed upon check in however they had an option of using pool of another hotel. Mr. Rajat Chugh Assistant Front Manager of the hotel was very welcoming and excellent in his service.

I have never stayed in a hotel with nicer staff. The whole team at this place is amazing. Also- free coffee in the lobby was a very appreciated perk to this hotel.

Very friendly staff, and room service was superb. Buffet had an excellent variety of food, highly recommended.

The only thing that was different compared to other hotels was the lack of taxis at the hotel, but that's not an issue as you can get the hotel staff to have one ready within a few minutes.

Hardware is good. The building is interesting. However there are missing tooth kit, shaver, hand cloth in the room. The reception is ok, but not professional. Didnt tell me the breakfast time and location. They didnt even say anything when two guys jump to the head of the queue.

Valet car park at ground floor and the reception area is at 18/F. Need to change to another lift to access the room. The interior is modern and clean. Beds are comfy and breakfast are okay. Time for getting the room ans car was short

This hotel is truly fantastic!!! I have stayed here a number of time. Don't expect a lively hotel, but if you prefer breathtaking views and very nice rooms this is the place. Bathroom is a true masterpiece especially in Deluxe rooms. Breakfast at 18 degrees is excellent with very good selection of hot and cold dishes. Unforgettable stay at a the building holding Guinness world record for most tilting tower in the world!

Very iconic structure. Has got a art gallery at the entrance. Very hospitable and courteous staff.

The building is beautiful, but the hotel is far from the center (it s in the middle of nowhere) and the food at night is lame, there is very few options and you only have a plate or two that you can choose. Meaning that you get out hungry most of the times. I actually did not go to dinner after the second time.

Amazing place for staycation. Very well maintained and managed. The service was of really high standards. Definitely will come back another time. The view from the rooms are beautiful. I had their breakfast buffet and it was a huge spread. The pool is peaceful and comforting. Worth it.

I book a sweet for 2400 dhs, 2 night, and the room was so small it was like a cave in 20 floor ! My sister she book a standard room for 500 dhs and her room was way more bigger!! In the 32 Floor !!!!

Awesome stay in this place. high class in design and romantic room with bath merged in the room itself. Lights makes you feel so good. The sea view is incredible.
The design of the room is very rare even in the high class hotels and this because the bath has view with the room and even outside. The bed is comfortable and all lights can be controlled from the bed. The blue lights from outside gives you romantic view to the outside. I really enjoyed the 2 nights stay with them.
Only the bad thing is you have two have to lifts to go up or down since the hotel starts from 18 floor.

Fantastic experience, very close to exhibition centre.

This is a very comfortable hotel with a modern vibe. The room are spacious and comfortable, but many little things don't quite work - too many light switches, electric curtains, TV remote etc. The pool is small and more for splashing around in than swimming. Breakfast very nice and the staff all welcoming and efficient.

The room is large enough, quiet and comfortable. The gym is of good quality and the hotel lobby has a good environment and dates and drinks to make you feel comfortable. The hotel is still very new and the view of the room is very beautiful. The downside is that there are no shops nearby. Some employees are very kind, but some are more indifferent. The price is quite amiable.

This beautiful Hotel is amazing in every way possible. The modern and challenging architecture is so interesting both from the outside, with its' leaning tower physicality and the resultant views from within, that it creates; in short stunning. Add to this an informed and empowered staff and you have a perfect, totally perfect, hotel environment. Rooms are best described as awesome in their size and design, so one is tempted to say typically Hyatt and the views from all accommodation, being located between two stretches of water, has to be seen to be truly appreciated. The (virtual) infinity pool offers superb views as well as comfortable lounges and attentive staff nearby at the pool bar, should you wish a snack together with cool or hot drink. Finally, the well informed, empowered, attentive and naturally helpful staff are a real asset; truly wonderful. Food and drinks were both relatively inexpensive and truly a delicious experience to add to your wonderful memories of this fine Hotel in a wonderful part of the Abu Dhabi shoreline. Jon
