I bought a Hutch recharge card. It had been used before. What is the solution?

Stars cannot be given for this poor service, Aegis Lanka handle the call center of them. I have postopaid sim card with a Walfare sim card. Calls cannot be made from postpaid number to walfare number.

Problems I have, were informed by calling and mailing. nobody replied for mails I sent. When calling, agents are saying , A complain has been made. Apart from that is nothing.

Tale of a successful network provider is we defined by Hutchison even to aquire Sri-Lanka's pioneering network Celltel which eventually ended up s etisalat. Congrats!

Only mobile network in the world who doesn't have a mobile app

This is the head office of hutch Sri Lanka, provides all the services regarding customer issues, offers free coffee and beverages to customers with friendly service.

Well finally head office eble to fix my issues. Not that organized place. They have long way to go for proper customer service.

Hutch is the best Telecom service provider in Sri Lanka. Following it acquisition of Etisalat it now offers a bigger and better coverage and undisturbed service. Their connectivity and speeds are reliable and the customer service is even better!

Really bad customer service as well they keep lying since last night ... They disconnect my dongal connection cople of time per week .. have to contact mess custommer service rapidly . They dont know to fix this problem .... poor speed conection ...

Hutchison Telecom is one of the oldest International telco providers to enter the Sri Lankan market. They have a decent service and satisfactory coverage across the country. While they aren't the dominant telco in the country they are definitely a force to reckon with. They have pretty good speeds and stability and a decent latency to most Asia/South East Asia servers (for the gamers).

Its been a wonderful experience using Etisalat over my stay in Sri Lanka, even the call quality is extremely good over my very old nokia device, I will recommend etisalat for everyone who is looking to buy a good CSP.

Great service and better than dialog. 4G signal is also good.

Place was closed. Customer care hot line also not so helpful.
I went there later and "told to a customer care girl that accessing internet by this sim is not possible". She got my details and gave a new sim to the same number. Also did not care about the contacts save in that sim. I insert the new sim and it also gives the same result. But they are customer care

The team working inside are quite the family. Also quite the friendly top management team. Good luck ahead guys.

This Hatch SIM Service is very bad, I just put 300 rupees reload with pay and go machine, but payment was not don when I checked my account balance it shows 30 rupees.. Their services are bad.. And this is not the only thing that happened to me.. There is more.. Now I think it is time to change the SIM, I don't think it is good for me to use this HUTCH SIM anymore. And I don't think HUTCH SIM is good for use anyone else either..

Lowest rate internet provider in Sri Lanka but please reduce your loan rate too and be fair to customer with data balance check

Mobile Service Provider in Srilanka , owned by Etisalat UAE.

They spend too much on marketing but doesnt improve customer service or connections..absolutley worthless buying etisalat,there's 1-2 bars of 3G signal in colombo..

No one is answering the calls. Very bad coustomer service. Packages are not working properly.
No unlimited data for 30 day .
My pack finished from 10 days .
How is that posible if its unlimited data ?
