There is a good good service. It's quick to work. The Kollupitiya railway station is very close to the galle road.

Very bad service from Cliq App, it is designed to benefit the company and the customer inconvenience, the money can be changed at will by the company as needed .. dont instrall cliq app..4g speed not good for promotion time..all like a mafia hutch and etisalat.

The office was dry and dull. The staff were out of standard dresses sense. Got a very slow and poor service.

Now they're under the company of Hutchinson Telecom. They give good service to the customers. Etisalat had lot of billing issues and we know lot of customers complain about same. This happen after they shift there biking system to e bill. I think after the take over and new look will improve the servilevel and good support for customers.

Not much of a croud & the customer service reps have no clue what is hapening, kinda explains why there is not much of a croud in it anyways

Hutch has grate voice and data packages, very cheap rates but their custemer services is the """"worst""" ( , , ) . I don't know why the other reviews say that hutch has good custemer service, most likely they are hutch employees. Their service is so bade, just for that I strongly recommend not to use a hutch connection as your primary voice ore data connection. , . If someone from hutch is reading this do something about it. 4 . If I could give you "0" stars I would.

Etisalat is a waste of sim card. But apparently some people like it. Good for them.

Packages are good , customer service is good , but sometimes the server takes too long to respond for ussd codes , resulting in activation of mutiple packages over another existing package , specially time based packs

Visited few days ago. Customer cares have no idea about there services.

A Mobile telecom company that really isn't out there. with giants like dialog and Mobitel. this Mobile company is not really cutting it. although due to its limited user base hutch has the best service and signals, and fast internet.

4G signal is very slow, not even speed as 3g. They cheat and give 4g. Show me lies.
Lifetime 998 per month for new 4G sim buyers. Currently hutch cliq users are getting 1245 4G per month. There is no signal for 4G and I will not try to complain. What is the existence of the hutch to do this and what is the mentality of the people in the management

Good service... Last month I visited here. I buy Package with 10GB Data & 1000min Talk time (any network) and 1000 SMS.. I really appreciate it because 4G network is very best. Just I paid 1450.00. I recommend Hutch for Good internet service.

The best customer care network I have ever seen in Sri Lanka

Not a huge telecommunications provider, but they seem to know what they do. Limited customers and they are treating their limited customer base very well.

call center services is really bad. Customer care don't know their head office telephone number.
