Hunter Valley Farm Review

Everyone at The Pavilion at HFV put you at ease and you are able to fully enjoy and be present for your wedding! And then there's owner, Nancy, who is the wedding version of a General Contractor. She plans and orchestrates the entire wedding, and puts her exceptional artistic talents to work whenever the situation calls for it; and it's all for you! I can honestly say that I wasn't stressed out, I enjoyed it, and I would do it again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Large community room but poor acoustics. Outside amenities are the star. Cafeteria buffet-style food. Small bar.

Great place for events such as reunions, receptions, memorials, and many other events. Always clean and there is a lake with patio, chairs, and a nice lawn.

I went here for a local market event but I can see this being a beautiful venue for a wedding or gathering. Its peaceful, well kept and the views are gorgeous. It definitely doesn't feel like West Knoxville! Its super easy to get to (barely a 2 min drive from North shore) and easy to find because its a massive property.

HVF and their team of coordinators are truly amazing! After looking at so many wedding venues, Nancy and her team (especially Brittany) were such a breath of fresh air. They are promptly responsive, professional and truly genuine. We planned our wedding from 600+ miles away and relied on HVF s preferred vendors (Swank Floral - AMAZING) and their recommendations to make our day perfect. HVF truly exceeded our expectations and we couldn t have been happier with our big day! The Pavilion at HVF is beautiful, and reception site is so elegant. If you re looking for a stress free wedding process and professional team - HVF is it!

I have photographed several events at Hunter Valley and each time the staff have been incredible to the bride & groom, families, guests, and myself. They are so service-oriented and quickly anticipate the needs of the guests. I have always enjoyed working with them on an event. You will not regret booking them for your event!

Such a cute little always this right outside of Knoxville. Close to lots of convenient stores but far enough away for a Serene setting. We attended a wedding there and it was absolutely perfect. The venue was clean and had beautiful views complete with a lake and all.

This is the most beautiful wedding venue in Knoxville, indoor, outdoor, you name it they have it! Nancy is absolutely amazing! She is so talented. I simply showed her ideas of what I wanted and she went above and beyond making it a dream come true! I love how they do everything for you, and are focused on making your day stress free. It was worth every penny for my family and I not to have to stress about all the little things that end up taking away from most bride's big day. If you want a stress free day, and want a beautiful wedding then HVF'S is your venue!!

I can not rave enough about how easy HVP made wedding planning for me. All-inclusive is the way to go! The staff was super helpful and very knowledgeable, even taking care of or asking about things I hadn t even thought of! They made me feel so comfortable and were very accommodating to any request I had. I was planning my wedding from AZ were I lived and having the team coordinate with florals, catering, DJ, and day-of details made my life so much easier! The venue is GORGEOUS! Bridal suite is so precious and the property has wonderful spots for any photos you want.
Choosing HVP will be the best decision you make, other than the decision to get married, of course!

My daughter had her wedding at The Pavilion at Hunter Valley Farm this summer. It was everything we could have ever dreamed of for our daughter & now son-in-law! The staff was beyond accommodating and went above and beyond for our family, the set up was absolutely GORGEOUS, and the day could not have been more perfect. We are SO grateful for Nancy and her entire staff for making my daughter's dreams come true. We cannot say enough good things about this venue! Their all-inclusive package made the day of the wedding a breeze! We got to actually enjoy the day without a care in the world knowing the staff at HVF would take care of it! This is a beautiful place to have a wedding! There are so many different places you can choose around the property. It works best with outdoor weddings. The venue room holds many guests!

I really can't say enough about Hunter Valley Farm! With its outdoor wedding locations to its modern reception facility, this place is an oasis in the middle of Knoxville. As a wedding photographer, I LOVE shooting here. The staff and owners also make us feel so absolutely welcome.

We were lucky enough to book the Pavillion for my sister in laws wedding. It is beautiful venue obviously! The grounds are well kept and the ceremony site is super unique!

She made sure our day was perfect and took care of everything so we can relax and enjoy our day. Great venue for an event. We enjoyed a Christmas party for our company at the pavilion. Plenty of space, food was good and their decorations were nice.

Hunter Valley gave us the wedding of our DREAMS. I loved the all inclusive aspect because it takes so much stress off trying to plan your big day. The girls are so sweet and the team at Swank did an amazing job with our florals! Highly recommend!

A very romantic and serene setting for those looking for a great wedding venue. The chapel is outdoors next to the water and nearby is a air conditioned reception area that is reminiscent of old Southern architecture from the gilded age. Very well kept grounds with horses and weeping willows that captures that old southern charm.

Nice place but need new issue to recognize it and need more light around scary at night

Nancy and the staff are amazing! She has helped me with several different events from weddings to football banquets. If you are searching for the absolute best and five star service, look no further. The Pavilion at Hunter Valley has it all! #bestvenueintown
