Something different to see while your visiting Vienna
Wunderful inspiring museum showing life of the excepctional artist Mr. Friedensreich Hundertwasser in a breathtaking way and architecture. So especially for the inspiration reserve some hours and get inspired for your life and example my company which is situated in another area - mpindustries.at it really changed my way of working, thanks very much, Manfred Preyer
I found it randomly walking in Vienna. It is an amazing complex that bring you outside from the austere capiral city and let you down in a suburban and psychedelic place.
Very cool architecture! Very moody and well worth the trek to go see.
It is something to beheld from the street. You cannot go into the house to see a lot of what he designed because it is closed from the public. Residents live in the house. You can buy photos of those private areas in the souvenir shops though. And we loved the shops. That is the village part. A village of tourist shops. They are colorful, arty, buzzing with life. I loved the place. But just don't expect to go in anywhere but shops.
This is a must see and must visit in Vienna. Real Viennese souvenirs and real Viennese atmosphere. Souvenirs here are cheaper than in the first district; the tourist area. The visit would not be complete without enjoying a beer at the bar in the middle. In general people working here are very nice and friendly.
Spring and summer months are the best time to visit.
Hundertwasser was An eccentric genius. If you are in Wien you have to enjoy his works
Very esoteric looking piece of architecture. Nice history.
Not too many tourists, but a cool vibe nonetheless.
Recommend going to appreciate the style
Very nice place and a very beautiful architecture.
It's worth to see it and how they managed to blend it into the beautiful Wien.
Place is a bit crowded but acceptable.
There's also a pastry shop nearby and a restaurant at the 1st floor of this house.
I would love to live there, even if it is on a very busy city area.
Not much to see at night, interesting building. Go when the plants have leaves. It is desolate during the winter
colorful place. Won't stay too long though. The place is small. Just spend 30mins here.
Beautiful tourist attraction and the market with beautiful lamps
Sooo beautiful, unique and colorful! But sadly it looks like a tourist trap, a lot of tourists and souvenir shops with high prices. And well it looks less colourful then the pictures on the internet.
Impressive place in Vienna. Must see. It is better one time to see then read or listen...
Beautiful place, the village was great too, but I think the best time to visit this is on a sunny spring day.
I really wanted to visit this surreal location again, and I wasn't disappointed. It's worth a visit, and you should definitely check out the toilets!!
Beautiful architectural building of the free and non standard designing planning.Colourful houses and near to the Pratter as well to Belvedere. They choose it to visit just for the complexity and prototypical of his design .I recommend it oposite of it you will find small but beautiful stores for things to buy as souvenirs..you have to go inside them because they are follow the same designing flow.
Not usual style of the buildings. Worth visiting when you are nearby, there are people normally living inside which may be annoying for them. There is a souvenir shop next to the building and a bakery on the corner.
This place is so famous, it is a must-see when you are in Vienna. We enjoyed walking around and taking pictures. It is a photogenic place.
If you have a daily ticket, when you find free time definitely visit there. The place is very close to tram station. It will be so much easier. But I recommend that visit there in the morning.
Nice place to visit and have a cup of coffee in the cafe , 30 to 45 min is enough
It's a charming part of Vienna that has more than a little hippy about it. Since it has become a tourist attraction, lots of little shops have sprung up around it but they're tastefully fitted out and you can buy photos, histories and art there. A pleasant, quirky, alternative part of Vienna.
One of the top museums in Vienna dedicated to an incredible artist you probably have not heard of before coming here, but I assure you that you will love his personality and his bright-coloured works! Photography is not allowed in the museum!
Excentric building that should bring a bit more positive emotions to people around. As in every touristic place there is a lot of people and they are create a lot of noise..so, I guess, it's pretty uncomfortable to live in that house
Great historical place. Especially if you know German. A lot of texts and sounds are only in German not in english or any other language. No crowd
Interesting village with colorful little houses. Worth a quick visit
A must see for all architecture positive people. Fantastic concept and definitely something that you will not be able to pass without a closer look. Must be a pain to live there though, so many tourists...
Cool place to visit. It offers a different style from the rest of Wien s architecture. The building intends to show a balance of men and plants. I would recommend it in case you like architecture and have some extra time, as it is a little far from the main attractions.
