I have been going to this pharmacy for many years! The pharmacist is so wonderful and gets to know almost every person by their first names and remembers each everyone of us.

Worst customer service out of all pharmacies in the area. High prices. At least one of my prescriptions is wrong every month. Just give excuses when they make a mistake, don't even apologize. I'm so glad I'm not elderly, and capable of checking my scripts for errors. I would never trust them with my grandmother's medicines.

I'm torn about Andes Pharmacy. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences here since I started using this pharmacy. Used them recently after price checking with them. Sent my gf to pick up prescription and it was double the cost. If you're paying cash just make sure you proce shop as I've found Walmart to be $10 to $35 cheaper on prescriptions.

For those who are trying to recover using MAT(buprenorphine) this is by far the best pharmacy to fill your meds. Walgreens is almost always out of stock and makes you fill partials - it s easier to stop at Andes and just grab what you need all in one go without worrying about running out and relapsing. During the painstaking early days, weeks, and months of recovery we have enough to worry about getting better and back on our feet in our lives.

They also carry the more rare MAT meds like generic subutex and the weird Suboxone dosages that aren t so commonly prescribed. I called in yesterday panicking because no pharmacy in the area would carry my more rare dosage and were saying 4 days minimum to get it in. I don t have 4 days.

The gentleman who answered the phone at 2:30 PM on 07/16/19 held his promise that they would get it ASAP. Andes literally had it ready for me the next day 9AM. I almost cried with relief. So thank you to the gentleman whose name I missed.

This place will take your recovery seriously. If you are a family member or in recovery yourself, I *seriously* recommend Andes.

They take their time to get people's medication ready

I m a local RN and I trust this pharmacy for my grandmother s medications and my own. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Hands down, the best pharmacy in the area!

I had an experience where Chip went out of his way to ensure that I didn't run out of a medication that I needed despite insurance issues. He then called to let me know that the issue had been taken care of and the medicine was ready for me. I am always impressed with the fast, friendly service I receive at Andes, but the time Chip spent taking care of my issue has earned my business for life.
