My Realter Teresa Mortensen worked harder than any other Realter I ve been involved with selling a home. My home was sold in four days, and all information and documents were there and complete. She had answers to all my questions. A real professional.
My homebuying experience with David Anderson can be best-described with one word: professionalism, and it can best be explained by relating one small, yet very significant, incident.
During the actual closing on the house, I had arrived at the title company office early. The title officer told me she was ready to initiate the closing, and invited me to start the process if I was ready. David had not yet arrived--as I said, I was early--but I told the title officer it was alright with me to start.
The title officer started handing me documents to sign, and she briefly explained each one prior to my signing it. The seller of the house had agreed to pay all closing costs on the property, and I was expecting a check for more than $3,000 during the closing. However, the title officer told me that I was to pay the $3,000. I set the relevant document aside, and a few minutes later, David stepped into the room, right on time both according to the clock and to the situation. The title officer greeted him, and then told us she had to retrieve something from her desk. When she left the signing room, I showed David the document and told him the officer had told me that I was to pay $3,000. He looked at the paper and quietly pointed out that the seller was to pay me, rather than I was to pay the seller.
When the title officer returned, he then showed her the same document, and she quickly agreed that she had made a mistake, and, clearly embarrassed, just as quickly assured me that I would be receiving the check within a few days.
It wasn't a big moment, but it was an important moment, and it reminded me just how critical it was to have an experienced and competent professional realtor representing me. The mistake might have been caught, or it might not have--my only reaction to the moment was thank goodness that David was there...

My husband and I met Jacque during a weekend trip to the Boise area; though we weren't planning to look at houses (since the trip was to decide whether or not we liked the area enough to live in it), after one day in Eagle, we knew it was our new home. Jacque showed us several houses on extremely short notice (hours before we flew back to WA) and when we were outbid on the first house, she called the very next day to tell us about a house that had just gone on the market that morning - in the neighborhood we loved.
She drove over and walked us through that and one other house on video chat, pointing out different details we wouldn't easily see without being there in person. We instantly knew the one that had gone on the market that day was the perfect house for us. She advised us on our offer, and in a market where people were bidding tens of thousands above asking and waiving inspection and appraisal (what the Buyers did to win the first house we were outbid on), our offer was accepted without any of that.
Just when we thought Jacque couldn't get any better...she did. The Sellers were supposed to sell us their furniture as a separate sale, but something was lost in the communication and they took it with them. Upon learning this, Jacque immediately offered to visit local furniture stores to help us find what we needed.
Unlike so many other agents we've met, Jacque isn't just about the sale. We will absolutely be recommending her to anyone who needs an agent, and are looking forward to working with her on all future transactions.

We appreciated Sydney's sincerity and passion - two of the most important characteristics we were looking for in a seller's agent. She was diligent in helping us get our home ready for selling and went above and beyond in the little things. As I mentioned to Sydney, the only thing that could have been better was the pre-inspection. Specifically as someone that had not sold a home in 24 years, knowing the implications of having a pre-inspection done would have better prepared us for the risks/rewards. I know for Sydney the importance of integrity would most likely resulted in the same outcome. For us though, our ignorance created a scenario that nearly cost us the sale. In the end we sold for more than I expected and that would not have happened without Sydney's professionalism.

Buyers and sellers beware! Just dealt with Burma Naylor on the sell of our home, I would have to say she has very low ethics and if she tells you "You have my word" don't believe her. Throughout the entire closing process she lied to us and skirted around concerns.
In the past 6 months we have worked with 2 realtors from Silvercreek Realty Group and I have to say both were very dishonest.
