My wife and I consider ourselves very lucky to have had the pleasure of working with Richard Gray.
We started working with Richard about six week before our first trip to Boise. The more we worked with him both via texts, emails and phone, the more we became convinced he was the perfect agent to work with. We are from western Washington, working with a knowledgeable, cooperative and responsive agent was critical. On our first visit to Boise, we found and started the process of purchasing a wonderfull house in Star. Richard, and his staff were able to make the process both simple and pleasurable. Richard was there for us every step of the way. We got weekly photos as the construction progressed, and a great reccomendatiion on an inspection service. Richard was there for us as he worked through issues with our builder, lender and escrow company. In summary, I would not hesitate to reccomend Richard Gray and his fantastic team to anyone looking for a highly competent agent.
