We were considering selling our house hoping to get a specific value. To our surprise Allen found a buyer willing to pay more than our asking price allowing us to upgrade to a new home. Seems that was the easy part with low available inventory, we struggled for a while but Allen stuck with us and we finally found a beautiful brand new home, much nicer than we hoped.

Allen then provided the boxes to move and coordinated an expedited closing, well done Sir.
