Jacque is the most amazing real estate agent. Knowledgeable and friendly, you feel like you're working with a friend you've known your entire life.

My husband and I met Jacque during a weekend trip to the Boise area; though we weren't planning to look at houses (since the trip was to decide whether or not we liked the area enough to live in it), after one day in Eagle, we knew it was our new home. Jacque showed us several houses on extremely short notice (hours before we flew back to WA) and when we were outbid on the first house, she called the very next day to tell us about a house that had just gone on the market that morning - in the neighborhood we loved.

She drove over and walked us through that and one other house on video chat, pointing out different details we wouldn't easily see without being there in person. We instantly knew the one that had gone on the market that day was the perfect house for us. She advised us on our offer, and in a market where people were bidding tens of thousands above asking and waiving inspection and appraisal (what the Buyers did to win the first house we were outbid on), our offer was accepted without any of that.

Just when we thought Jacque couldn't get any better...she did. The Sellers were supposed to sell us their furniture as a separate sale, but something was lost in the communication and they took it with them. Upon learning this, Jacque immediately offered to visit local furniture stores to help us find what we needed.

Unlike so many other agents we've met, Jacque isn't just about the sale. We will absolutely be recommending her to anyone who needs an agent, and are looking forward to working with her on all future transactions.
