I think this has been the most pleasant buying of a car I ever had. The car is beautiful and has a lot of added features I like such as the back up camera! Thank you Brad Moore for making the sale so easy and explaining the new Media back up camera ad phone calling from the car. I love it!

We were searching for a new Honda Accord and out of the all the dealerships the people from Huggins were the best. We were in contact with Dan Meyer and he was very straight forward with all the pricing and made our visit quick and pleasant. Also, at the financing we were introduced to Dustin and unlike other finance individuals, he was very helpful and gave us great incentives and an awesome interest rate for the car. Overall, our experience with these guys were great! Would go there again =]

I'm really impressed with this dealership, what a great set up they have. I was there with my bf and waited as his car was being worked on. What a treat! They have a little cafe, the prices are reasonable and the food is fresh. The bathroom was spotless and allowed much privacy and trust me, I'm not a fan of public bathrooms. The service was fast and they kept us informed as the work was being done. I do like this place. I'm not a Honda gal, but if I were, this place impressed me enough to possibly make a purchase there. IF, I were.

First off, I would like to say that Robert Bolande...

First off, I would like to say that Robert Bolander is a FANTASTIC salesman. He was the definition of a great salesman. If you go to get a new car, go to him. This dealership is amazing. As well as Jeff Jones in finance was great. I have to say that Robert though, blew me out of the water. He really tries to help you and gets down on a one on one basis with you. He definitely cares and that's hard to find. The is the reason I'll buy all my cars here from now on. I will recommend this dealership to anybody that asks, " Where's a great place to buy a car?". This has to do strictly with selling my car to Huggins. I spoke with Diamond who was extremely friendly and helpful. I told her what I was asking and my basic bottom dollar for my Cadillac, given the #'s, I asked if they would be interested and didn't want to waste my time or anyone at Huggins if you would not be close to my bottom line or a other offer I received. Jessica was also very helpful and had me meet with Charlie in the pre-owned department. Charlie was the epitome of your prototypical sleezeball used car sale man. He came out to look at the ATS and offered me $3,000 below the amount I had been offered by another dealership which they knew about beforehand. Given this information they knowingly wasted my time and caused me to drive 35 minutes out of my way and add 57 miles total to my beloved Cadillac, then they could have said sorry but we are not going to be able to be close. Absolutely disrespectful, arrogant and it's sad to see a Huggins dealership employ such an awful human. If he was having a bad day that's one thing but I specifically was up front early on during our communication so neither of the parties involved wasted each other's time and energy. Clearly they don't value potential customers time or gas money, additionally his hygiene and lack of respect given the current world virus situation was utterly atrocious.

I am changing my review for the third time. I had an issue and Kendra reached out to me and worked with me to resolve it. She was super polite, courteous, and helped me to not only resolve the issue but also gave me a great deal on a car.

She was off on the day I went in to purchase the car so she had Kevin help me. Even though it wasn't Kevin's sale he still took the time to show me the car, let me take the car for a test drive, and walked me through the entire process. He made sure the car was washed, interior and engine bay cleaned, and the car filled up with gas.

They are both really cool people. Anyone going to Huggins to look at a car need to ask for either of them. Super friendly and caring. Thank you Kendra, and Kevin! You both are awesome!

I had a bad experience with the finance department...

I had a bad experience with the finance department at Huggins Honda. Nume, the sales lady that assisted me with my purchase was a very friendly, professional and non pressure sales lady. Everything was going good until I closed the sale with finance personnel, Abraham.
I know it s their job to sell add ons so I specifically told him more than once that I didn t want anything extra added to my car loan amount before we even got started. He asked me if I would like a protection package and a gps monitoring system for my car. I said no to both of these.

Some time after I took the car home I found out that a $3,200 protection package and a $500 gps monitoring system was added to my loan amount. What made me really angry was that Abraham could obviously see that I had a limited income and yet added $3,700 to my loan! After going back to the dealership and discussing it with the finance manager, I was told there must have been a misunderstanding when I know there wasn t one. I later found out from someone who would know that this kind of stuff happens all the time at dealerships.
Fortunately, I was able to get refunded the $3,200 but not the $500. I take part of the blame for not reading the fine print as I was signing. My experience highlights why so many people are afraid of being taken advantage of at car dealerships and go there with their defenses up. My experience wasn t all around bad because I m happy with my Accord and had the best sales lady. I just say that if you re going to go to Huggins Honda, don t let Abraham close out your sale.

Took car in for routine oil change, during the check over a technician found the battery was not holding up like it should and replaced it after asking under warranty. The Accord was bought here and has always been serviced here, it's a great place!

The folks at Huggins Honda were really easy to work with. This was my first time buying a car and they gave me a good deal and were really a treat to work with. Not too aggressive, fair on pricing, open and upfront on the cost of extras. There was no hassle - it was a really great experience. I'll definitely start at Huggins next time I need a new car.

Best place to buy a Honda auto. People are friendly and honest. Dealership is nicest I have ever seen. I did all my shopping on the internet, so I let all the Honda dealers come to me. Huggins gave me a great price and the entire purchase process was really good. No pressure from the salesman, manager or business office. Highly recommend them

I like this dealership more than McDavid. I didn't get gouged for changing filters with every oil change. Honesty goes a long way to keep my business. Having an honest service writer and technician is very important. I got my car inspected, oil change, and my tires checked out in about an hour and a half. Not bad.

They were busy enough as is, but fit me in their schedule to help me out with my purchase. They took great care of me and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Had an amazing experience with Weston and Mayur getting my new CR-V! I am a first time buyer and had to do this on my own. I went in with a budget and they were able to get the car of my choice within my budget. Even though we had a little hiccup, they gave me a loaner car until my car came in. Great experience! Go and see Mayur or Weston if you guys need anything!

Waited over 3 hours for a dam oil change and I came in the morning before peak time. They told me there was a problem with my car and I told them to go ahead and get it taken care of and instead they removed my car from the service center. So then my car had to wait in line again a second time to be serviced. 3HRS! This is unacceptable.

Best in the Metroplex. Purchase three Hondas from Huggins and am delighted with each car and sales transaction.

I just drove 3 Honda CRV and all three of them I would like and I wanted to buy them come to find out the first once had a recall on it after I drove it and liked it the second one had a recall on it July 3rd 1 lighted sign the paperwork and got a phone call the next day Honda had a recall on it after I already put mine down payment down I recommend another Honda dealer this one has terrible service. Not to even mention that the finance manager called me after I could not get the Honda cr-v I signed the paperwork on and told me she had a 2010 Honda Accord v6 I look it up on their website had my heart set up to get it and when I got there she told me one of the technicians just wrecked the car its always some kind of excuse out of four different vehicle

customer service...at first salesman wasn't listening to my request in what kind of car I am looking for for my daughter (Honda Fit or Fiat used) but after having to give a stern look 'either listen to my request or I'm going to another dealer' look lol he started listening. Took him 50 million years to find keys for test driving. The man did have a nice demeanor though

They expect you to stand around and wait in the un-air conditioned garage for them to send your service advisor to check you in for your appointment. When I complained, they directed me inside to a high top table with stools to wait to be checked in. I'm 73, so climbing up on a stool is not the easiest thing to manage. Where are the normal chairs? They gave me a loaner car because the appointment I made turned out to not be to have the work done, but to get in line for work to be done!! They were not even going to look at the car for at least 24 hours! The work turned out to be more expensive than what I wanted to invest in this car. I'm out of town and fortunately I can wait until I return to my usual excellent Honda dealer to buy another. The service advisors here can't even run your credit card! They have to take you to one more place to make your payment. I'm glad I don't live here. My St. Augustine Honda dealer is much more service oriented.

Oliver Rose you made this the best buying experience and I will definitely share your name to anyone who is interested in a New Honda! I was comfortable from start to finish! I love my new Honda CR-V and I know if I am ready to upgrade I will be back for sure. He was very friendly and walked me through all the safety features and all the ins and outs. He also took the time to find exactly what I wanted and to make sure it was perfect. Thanks Oliver for the wonderful buying experience.

I bought an awesome used minivan. There was just one problem, when I got home, one of the door locks did not work. I called Harry my salesman and Jason the Used Car Manager. They took care of it right away. Now I have my perfect van and I am happy as can be. They really did an outstanding job and gave great service from the test drive to the service after the sale. Two thumbs up! That's what I call great service.

This was the 6th car lot I visited before buying. I loved this place so much that I bought two cars. The first thing that caught my eye was the diversity of their inventory. They had every make, model, color, and trim package I could think to ask for. The thing that drew me in was that our salesperson was straight forward, worked with us on the numbers, and helped us shop until we found the exact cars we wanted. He didn't try to push or pressure us, and we felt like he did genuinely care about getting us into a car that matched our financial capabilities and lifestyle. He was patient and well informed. I feel like I walked out with a square deal and not like I'd gotten pushed into a bad deal by a fast talker. I'd definitely recommend Huggins Honda (and specifically Milton) to anyone looking to buy a new car.

He was fast and provided the service on a timely manner. Mitchel explained me my invoice in more details because Lance wasn t in the dealership when I got there very late. I would recommend to choose Huggins Honda for service!

We bought a car in September. Everything is fine w...

We bought a car in September. Everything is fine with the car but they sold us the KAHU program telling us that it is a wonderful application to track the car in GPS and they told us that also with that service many insurers give discount on their policy for this. When they gave us access to the application we realized that it only gives the location of the car and some additional details that they share with the dealer. We are not satisfied with the reality of the application and we claim to disconnect it from the service and we will return the part we do not use. The car is out of Honda's financial and is ours.

The yellow documents that were delivered to us with the purchase in part say that the service can be disconnected at any time which we corroborate with KAHU. We have gone to the dealer several times to claim this and only told us that we could not disconnect it and receive our money or part of the $ 1,495 that add to the value of the car and only talk to you about the monthly payment. Because this is a system that is inside the car.

Although we always show them the yellow papers that we had and it is until today that after demanding that they show us in writing because we could not disconnect and return the money or part of the 1,495 for which we have not used we discover the following:

1. After demanding so much that they show it to us in writing. A blank contract of the KAHU program appears with the last white pages that reflects the reality of the program. Document that we were not given a copy with our signature on the day of purchase. We do not have, nor were we shown proof of signing.

2. that only on that sheet says in section G of the terms and conditions "this purchase price of the theft protection program is non-refundable.

3. That in section D it tells us that it is not transferable. Although the car is sold and the connection is paid for 72 months.

4. That the purchase of access to this application is final and there is no guarantee of satisfaction.

5. We have no proof and we were not shown the document we signed with these realities.

6. We will continue to claim that we are not satisfied with what they sold us and the main insurance companies do not offer a discount for having the KAHU

Attached is a copy of the document that was not signed by us that gave us today almost 3 months after the purchase of the reality of KAHU. that is the only one that specifies and is understood to be final and not transferable even if it is paid. Anyone who analyzes this white document that did not give us a signed copy on the day of purchase will think twice before putting KAHU in their car and do not make the same mistake as us.

Took my vehicle in to see if any maintenance services were needed at another dealership.They recommended several things. So I decided to take it to Huggins and see Lucio Luna(who was my advisor for 10 years for a second opinion.. He thoroughly checked it out and honestly told me what was truly needed. His attention to detail is great and always took good care of me (he's an asset for Huggins). I don't mind having services done,but only if truly necessary. So i'll keep going back to Huggins for future services because they've earned my trust. .

I REFUSE to be DISCRIMINATED againt AND GIVE you my money! I sit in line waiting my turn for 20 minutes like everyone else, and for WHATEVER reason kept getting skipped over. Then when I mentioned it the service rep he got a SERIOUS ATTITUDE and walked off saying something very inappropriate. How do I know this, because when I asked him to repeat it he wouldnt. The manager (or so he say he was) of the Dept was ABSOLUTELY no help.
I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE THERE AGAIN. I've been treated better in Mississippi and Alabama in a sundowner town than these people treated me today.

I have been to many Honda dealerships, this is by far my favorite. And Mitchel is amazing to work with. He is knowledgeable and patient. He is honestly my main reason for coming back to Huggins! He makes the experience seamless! I love having a person with whom I feel comfortable to work with and trust enough to know that I'm getting exactly what I need!

Painless!
I was in and out in about 2 hours, without getting pre-approved online to save time.
Mike Lee, salesman, and Mayur Patel, manager, were awesome. No pressure, worked with me on payments, and answered any questions I had promptly.
Save yourself the headaches by shopping around for a new/used Honda and start here, the service is top notch.
No doubt I'll use them for services as well.

This dealership and it's professional staff forever changed my perspective of a car buying experience. I stepped into this dealership with terrible credit, an old minivan and not much money to put down. I had my eye on a REALLY nice chevy equinox, but didn't think they would be able to get me into it... I was wrong. Dan Meyer and Yvette Garza got me into the car I wanted at a super low price and even got my payments lower than I was expecting. I told them both that they had just made a customer for life and I plan on standing behind that. It's awesome to see people who are just absolutely great at their jobs doing what they do best. May the good Lord bless them and all that they do!

I traveled over 500 miles to pick up my 2017 honda accord. And it was well worth the drive!! I would highly suggest Huggins Honda to anyone looking for that new or used honda.

Recovered quickly from a bait-and-switch lame attempt. The subsequent negotiating tactics were pretty much much standard for any self-respecting dealership. The size of this dealership gives it a minor edge over others in terms of seasonal prices or Honda dealer incentives that obviously are not easily determined.

The experience was not negative. There was no free machine dispensed espresso as is customary in other dealerships of similar stature. Clearly the bean counters are in full control so do your pricing research on the Internet and go fully prepared with all calculation numbers to avoid post-purchase blues because breaks cannot be earned here.

I went to Huggins last weekend to look for a new car. I spent at least 15 minutes wandering around the showroom looking at the CR-Vs. No one even approached to help. Finally I stopped the Internet sales guy to get some assistance. He offered to help and asked where I had looked already. When I told him the vehicles I had looked at, he laughed in my face and criticized them openly. Very unprofessional. When I asked about a CR-V with certain features, I was told it didn't exist (iihs had reviewed it with those features). I felt greatly offended by the way I was treated and will not be returning. I went to another Honda dealership and test drove the "car that doesn't exist". Do not go here! I would highly recommend HILEY MAZDA HURST over this dealership any day.

When you walk in the used car department yes you are greeted honest and fair. They are gladly to show you cars and such. I purchased a 2011 chrysler town and country. I loved at first had everything i needed and wanted, took a trip to arizona from fort worth texas, and thats when the vans true problems started showing. Not starting all the time, then got it back down and took it to huggins 3 diffrent times because neither honda nor dodge could figure this out. Finally they replaced the total intergrated power module that i told them to and it worked great for about 4 or 5 months well on 12/4/2018 car did this again! Called huggins they said well take it dodge. Well i need a loaner till then and dodge wasnt gonna help me out what so ever so i called honda back up and they dont wanna deal with the van. Because guess they did there part last go around. So im just S.O.L. because the last time huggins said they "paid out of pocket for that" well. There charity is done and im stuck with a vehicle that has issues that no one will ever figure out because no one is true mechanics anymore they just wanna see a code. But save the headache for yourself dont buy a used car with a extended warranty for them. And dont ask them to put you in something else because they want more money from you to do that even though they cant admit well hey we just sold you a bad/lemon car lets make this rite.
They claim beat dealership in dfw all i want is a car that runs so i can take my daughter to her appointments for doctors and work.

Oliver, my purchasing advisor, is first rate and the best I've had over the 40 years that I have been buying autos!!! And Tim, my service guy, helped me select options to personalize my new Ridgeline, is a great guy that I look forward to taking care of my truck for years to come!!!

I got a great deal on the Ridgeline that over dealerships could not find without any games, outstanding care that was respectful of my time, and outstanding service throughout!

These guys actually made buying an auto fun!!!
