They are liars and very unprofessional when it comes to communicating with residents. I purchased a home in their Waterscape community in Royse City and now wish I hadn't. we have been lied to from start to finish. we went from a large resort style pool to a pool half the size and they say it will be fine for over 1100 residents. Well that's not what anyone was told upfront and that's not what was communicated in our one and only meeting with the HOA for going on 2 years now. One meeting that is i . We have brought up our concerns as residents but that doesn't matter. We are just numbers to them. If you are thinking of buying here in Waterscape. dont. Also all our homes backyards and between the houses are swamps. They didnt grade the homes correctly so now we have to put in French drains or deal with swamp yards. Poor craftmanship

Huffines community Waterscape is a joke!!! We have been lied to since the beginning. Everything that was promised has been changed or axed. The whole community is disappointed! We moved here for the amenities, so much for that! Do not waste your money and move here and make their pockets fatter!!!

I live in inspiration in St. Paul. I have lived in this neighborhood for a little over a year and this neighborhood needs improvements. Since moving in, there have been multiple reports of stolen cars and thieves trying to get into cars. I have even caught 2 guys trying to get into our truck on camera. If I am going to pay $500+ for HOA fees, I expect our neighborhood to be taken care of. I should not have to worry if my car is going to get stolen in on my own property.

I live in Waterscape Communities in Royse City, one of the reasons we moved in is because of the amenities center that would be built. Fake news! Our pool is basically a kiddie pool, and many of the things that were promised are not going to happen. We have 1500 house that are being built. Very disappointing. Do your research folks.

Huffiness used their other properties as show for what the Waterscape community could be like, however, that is just to get to buy into the community under false pretenses. They have refused to fix the bait and switch technique they used to get buyers I to the community. Even a monthly update has proven to be too much work to provide to current residents. Do not buy in a new community if you want similar ammenaties to the older communities.

Be careful here! Do your research. We're in Inspiration in St. Paul with drainage issues all over the place. And we're one of many. Retaining walls are caked with algea due to a terrible combo of bad plan development and uncertified graders/drainage "companies" hired by the builders. It's a toxic combo and has lead to a ton of finger pointing with no resolution to homeowners problems. Talk to the people who live in these communities. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment of a new home built on marsh lands.
