Like other reviewers said. Avoid at all cost. They will find anything to capture your security deposit, including false accusations. I've dealt with many management company in NYC and this is by far the most shady and corrupted people I have ever seen. Who wants to go to court for 600$? The amount of rules they have is insane and they will use it to get your money. There is no common sense here, this is an organized scam. again avoid at all cost
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Absolute terrible people, they don t care about the people, or the tenants. The absolute worst management company ever. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. They also condone wife beating as well.
This company was great the rental process had no problems at all. It was smooth by the book and no surprises even got us a week free Thank You.
I've never dealt with such an unprofessional management company in my life. They do not respond to maintenance requests and I have now lived in the apartment for 9 days without smoke detectors though I've requested them numerous times.

Terrible service. Our elevator is always breaking down and now our dryers have been out of service for 2 months. But they put up a sign that says they are "diligently working on it".
I agree with negative feedback, if u plan to purchase coop from them, gota be very be careful, almost all the major bank won't do mortgage with them, we done with chase and they all not accept this coop, first is ok once processing to get more document from them then u will receive a leeter from the bank, all coop has less insurance and not cover this not cover that, that's why their monthly maintenance fee so low, and over 80% is rental now. We process all th document after seeing the board, they just reject with no reason, agend told us they choose color of people. Also they only ask u to mortgage from freedom mortgage company, cause only such mortgage will accept their application. Must ask ur lawyer to get all financial document and violation, especially check if allow u to mortgage from major bank. Board are so rude and 3 old men are no manner at all . Very careful with them.

Is there something lower than one start? I've dealt with this company for close to 10 year. Yes, unfortunately, I fell for one of their buildings apartment's cheap prices and I bought a property. Huge mistake. Don't be me! Run as fast as you can, you would end up taking care of absolutely everything that's related to your property; they are useless. Their strategy is simple, they wear you off with their rudeness and lack of response to the point that you decide not to bother with them anymore. They seriously think they are doing you a favor by providing you the service you pay for with your maintenance fee.
Pray you don't need to talk to Margaret, I haven't met more unpleasant and rude person in the world and I'm a native NYer. The good reviews here about her are most probably from her family and friends (still very shocking). Other "avoid at all cost" person is Kavish, he's extremely unprofessional and condescending.
Don't even try to talk to the manager to complain about the staff... The staff is in control of the place and he seems to be scared of them, he makes excuses for them even when they are being rude to you on his face, evidently he doesn't care one bit about the clients either.
This is a great management company always to hear any concerns or issues that tenants will have an especially Margaret is a pleasure to talk to her all the time
