Just wanna ask a question...you people are working for a consultancy or what and employee dont have manners how to speak or deal with a candidate.
If you really want to do something good please keep your ego and arrogant attitude a side...no one care we have lots of other good consultancy in hyderabad.

I have had such a horrible experience from this consultancy within the past few days. One lady calls me and tells me how much salary I am capable of getting, I mean come on, who are you to judge my worth? There is a team of recruiters in every company to do that job. Yo are no one to decide my package and insult me. I kept quiet, I said I am not interested to apply through them and hung up.
Second day another gentleman calls up and asks me if I am interested in rotational shift. I describe what happened previous day, and said why I was not interested. Then the recruiting lead calls in and keeps on pleading apologies. I thought fair enough so asked them to process me through.
Then I never hear from this man. Even after telling them so many times I am not interested in a rotational shift.
They keep calling me everyday. Everyday a new person, asking me if I am interested in a rotational shift. You guys don't coordinate among yourselves? Do you have minimum courtesy? What kind of team work is this? I am so so frustrated with this consultancy already. A waste of time and energy.
Just request you to coordinate well and work together, you guys are working under one roof. Everyone replies as if they don't know whom I am talking about. Heights of reluctance.

Hucon consultancy should change its name to "waiting consultancy"

Honestly the hucon is the better place to get a good job for usefull growth..i have selected for cognizant through the hucon consultanncy.and my HR Varsha is so supportive and she guided me till last.....thank you hucon.....

The best ever consultanty.. I placed to my dream job from here.. my HR malavika is very good she guided me a lot and helped til the last. Very good in recieving.. interview takes whole day.. everyone should visit this consultancy though they couldn't able to clear first time here.. It was wonderful experience for me...I got a call from my recutr named as Karishma that we have openings for so and so organization and you have to attend it....so the next day i went for an interview and i met karishma...and she helped me alot during my interview rounds.she was very encouraging and motivational.Hucon consultancy is amazing and i finally got the job in the respectable organization and it is my first job!!!!!

My experience of getting a job through Hocon Solutions was awesome. The staff is awesome and i am very thankful to Farhana Anjum. THERE IS NO PROPER GUIDENCE 3 DAYS BACK I WENT FOR AN INTERVIEW TO ATTEND THEY MADE ME TO SIT FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS , AND I WHEN I ASKED ABOUT MY TURN TO INTERVIEW THEY WERE UNABLE TO RESPOND AND MORE OVER THERE RESPOND TO STUDENTS IN VERY BAD . AND ONE OF THE RECEPTIONIST SCOLDED ME IF U ARE NOT INTERESTED U CAN GO SHE SAID , I FELT VERY BAD AND VERY BAD BEHAVIOUR . SO KINDLY DON T ATTEND TO THIS HUCON , FOR ME IT'S WORSE CASE. KINDLY WHO ARE NEW DON'T GO ITS MY ADVISE.

Irresponsible people. Just because of them my test got ended in between and didn't get selected.

Consultants are misusing their power. They don't make it professional but as per their personal interest. I would like suggest one thing that is not to interfere their personal issues and what's their job as a consultant, they should simply do their job and keep the personal issues aside. What is this they think it's a government office or what.

A very interesting place were the staff of the company gives guides and also gives suggestions that how appear for a interview.

If u wanna go there plz had breakfast and lunch at a time and go... 11 ki interview ki ramanaru 4 daka chestaru process run aithey ok but they don't even cal u for interview just make u sit there at last they politely say u r disqualified..... How can they decide a person in single question
