Great people, great service. This is an auto center that provides the best service either in maintenance checks, a/c repairs, body spray, replacing of cars or repair of crucial car parts. They offer the best prices around the region. And they provide timely service.

Just an overpriced, time wasting and incompetent bunch who come up with different ways of extortion all in the name of 'PROFESSIONAL MECHANICS'. After paying to fix a fault they supposedly diagnosed, my car was still in the same situation as at when it was brought in. I complained to them and I was given another outrageous quote to change and fix God knows what. Turns out that the diagnosis was wrong and I ended up fixing it elsewhere for 60k as against over 400k I had spent at Germaine already. Don't be like me, Don't bother waste your time and money here.

VERY POOR service. My car was overheating and they recommended changing the engine and fans. Cost was about N900K. Left car with them for 3weeks, pickup car but car still overheating though they claimed engine and fans were changed. Returned and pickup after changing relay, car still overheating. Returned and pickup, car over heated and bursted the radiator and melted the fan. Returned and they claimed radiator and fans were changed. Pickup car today and less than 15mins Drive, car started overheating again. They installed a leaking radiator that they actually green painted areas that were bad, leak came from those areas.This is Christmas season and I have not means of transport. These guys are INCOMPETENT to say the least.

Well organized. So impressed with their professionalism. From the security at the gate to the Customer Care is top notch though, there is still a lot of room for further improvement.
Together, you can achieve more.

This has been the worst experience of my life.
My car has remained with this company for well over a year and there is no end in sight. Without fixing the issues reported, there followed an endless list of "additional" faults which Germain is happy to charge for. Some charges and corresponding "repairs" occurred without my notification or confirmation. The charges now exceed the value of the car, which I have had to replace. The entire experience has forced me to transfer the ownership of the car to Germain. The incompetence of this company is only matched by their utter disdain for clients.
The directors and management of Germain deserve to be sued. The directors should be prevented from acting as directors on other companies and Germain should be dissolved.

Too much time wasted, i was to pick up a car that ...

Too much time wasted, i was to pick up a car that was ready on Wednesday 03/04/19 i came in 9am it took them till about 5pm to complete the process. Today again 05/04/19 i brought in a car at exactly 9am to check and get estimate, up now 3.35pm the said estimate is not ready.

My husbands car has been with them for a month and each time I've gone to pick it up there is always something else wrong with it. I would never have expected the terrible customer service we are receiving from them, especially after paying such a huge amount of money. Yesterday was the final straw for me because after picking up the car for the third time we brought it home and the next day the car died on the side of the road. It took them more than 3 hours for them to send someone out to fix the car and drive it back to their shop. 24 hours later and we are still in the same situation. No one had the decency to call and update me about the car and as usual I had to call them. Its quite sad that this is happening. I would have been better off going to a cheaper mechanic because apparently the mechanics at Germaine Toyota Lagos have no clue on how to fix a car properly . I really wonder how you received so many customer service awards because for the past 1 month, your customer service has been non existent. Mr. George (the service manager) is the only person that has shown a high level of customer service and he found out about car issue late. I'm tired of hearing apologizes, please fix my car or refund my money!!!!!

Well what I learnt today is thst they don't open on public holidays and Sundays. Even though Google said otherwise. I had to drop my car with the security wirh the hope it will be fixed tomorrow. At least that was a good part.

The Most incompetent workshop i have ever come across in my life.. they are totally clueless, they made a complete mess of my car and engine. They are glorified street side mechanics. My experience spans over 3 months, and all i can say is save yourself the trauma DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS..
