I have had such a horrible experience from this consultancy within the past few days. One lady calls me and tells me how much salary I am capable of getting, I mean come on, who are you to judge my worth? There is a team of recruiters in every company to do that job. Yo are no one to decide my package and insult me. I kept quiet, I said I am not interested to apply through them and hung up.
Second day another gentleman calls up and asks me if I am interested in rotational shift. I describe what happened previous day, and said why I was not interested. Then the recruiting lead calls in and keeps on pleading apologies. I thought fair enough so asked them to process me through.
Then I never hear from this man. Even after telling them so many times I am not interested in a rotational shift.
They keep calling me everyday. Everyday a new person, asking me if I am interested in a rotational shift. You guys don't coordinate among yourselves? Do you have minimum courtesy? What kind of team work is this? I am so so frustrated with this consultancy already. A waste of time and energy.
Just request you to coordinate well and work together, you guys are working under one roof. Everyone replies as if they don't know whom I am talking about. Heights of reluctance.
