Worst service. They won't even know how to select the people telling something and preparingfor some other process. Waste of time.

Zero is not available that the reason am giving one.... worst experience i had today..for the sake of single round i waited approximate 8hrs...

Seriously? Recruiter said to be available by 10.30 AM. With no clue sat till 1 PM. Then took a round with Hucon HR. Then waited for 2 more hours. Done with another round. I don't understand what they are doing. Also there were not more 20 candidates. But still, we'll sitting for hours. I don't even want to give 3 stars but the only reason is for the recruiter Arthi. She was helpful in terms of following up and suggesting a good company with process. Else I would've given only 2 ratings. Overall it was a ok experience.

Hucon consultancy is one of the best consultancy and my recruiter was tannuma she is best nd she helps us in all my needs without her help may be i cant clear all my rounds she was briefing me in all my rounds so helpful nature thankyou hucon consultancy and tannuma

I knew Hucon Solutions because of HR Sharanya.
When I was looking for job she called me like an angle and helped me to get a job. When I was looking for a job change again she called me and helped me to get a new job. HR Sharanya is to good at her work. She will do a proper follow up with Comapies HR until her Candidates get an offer letter and I witness this twice.
I have referred few of my friends to HR Sharanya and all of them got job because of her.

Now my friends are working with HSBC and Google from Genpact payroll.

Such talented HR should be promoted.

Well done HR Sharanya. She is the most valuable asset of Hucon Solutions.

Worst consultancy ever! No manners nothing simply playing with candidates. After you clear your first round you have to sit in a grave yard for the next 3hrs..I mean really?
some recruiters are really "MEAN"!!
I would suggest not to visit this consultancy.

With a 10+years if experience,i have been to many consultancies but I have not seen such a nice followup, tranperancy and co-ordination from the staff to make things better for an interviewee. Thank you Keerthi for giving me an opportunity to attend interview and for setting the expectations right Abt the interview proceedings and for the followup done even when you are not keeping well.

Worse consultancy they will just waste your time and the HR's are not that helpful. Once they get your number in their database they will keep on calling you everyday which will irritate a lot

i will try to write down the innermost stuff here as i can so that the people who are reading this will get a better transparency,

i got selected for cognizant, google process. no doubt the struggle of getting a job is different but these consultancy people they helped me alot specially hari prasad, no doubt you have to give your 8-9 hours here but the wait is worth.. so i will surely recommend people to visit hucon and try their lucks, and the best part is they deal with big mnc's.. so there is no point of getting rejected because everyday the interviews are lined up.. if you get rejected no worries they will call you on very next day for other company.

So this is it, Thankyou hucon solutions :)

worst company in Hyderabad. They did not paid my salary. When i tried to ask for my salary there is no replay from team leader nitya and manager vamshi.

It is time waste they just test your patience moreover they won't hire for any other multi national company except Genpact hiring process will really make you tired except Genpact they will hire you for some small company like HGS e.t.c trust me it is really time waste to consult them once you reach there they won't treat you as you expected and no parking facility also

I reached the place at 12 and waited 3 hrs for my round I think they should reduce waiting time as its very suffocating as there is no proper ventilation thanks

Well they're helpful and they do there job, I do appreciate indhu hard work out there and however you have to do your job as well if you're going for interview. Prepare and go.

Worstttttttttttt! After reading several negative reviews still I went to this consultancy as they called me to attend for an interview told all postive things and told that All ROUNDS will be done in single day after travelling for 2 hours I reached there when I went they took 1st round and told ur are selected for next round you can leave we will inform you when to come they said and rest is history NO CALL NO INFORMATION NO UPDATE!!!!don't give false promises on CALL just to bring candidates to your consultancy to increase head count for your incentives be RESPONSIBLE!!!!

They are very unprofessional. They call people and make them wait for 4 hours without starting any interview round . I want there at 11:00 a.m and they started their first round nearly at 3:30 p.m. .First interview round was with their hr. Then they ask me to wait for another 1 and half hour before they process next round with company hr.

This was my first experience with any consultancy.
Uma Maheshwari was my recruiter.
To be honest there were prompt delays during the recruitment process but my recruiter didn't make me feel that way.
I would recommend hucon for people in search of serious jobs. I'm sure they'll make up a career for you.

Could have been planned and executed in a muc better way. Long hours of waiting can be avoided because the candidates might have any further needs to leave after this submissiom OR the exact amount of time should be informed so that they come well planned !

The company is a really nice recruitment company. I specifically want to add my experience with Sujath. He has been very kind and helping me get a job with a good package. Further I also referred some few of my friends to him and he managed to get them the best jobs as well. I am very very happy with their services.

Ms. Sharanya was checking out my resume and she was so interested to listen to my introduction that she could never take her eyes off her MOBILE and yet she claims I have poor grammar and my "THOUGHT FLOW" is really bad.
I feel really bad to interrupt her productive time using her MOBILE.

It is the consultancy which does not have parking space in the own building for people attending the interview.

I personally faced this issue. Hucon solutions should take care of the job seekers who are coming from far to apply for the job.

The security person does not allow other persons to park their vehicles in the building premises. I had spoken to him about that who will be responsible for the any thing which will happen to the veichle. I even asked the security person to call their manager so that I speak the issue.

Many people who are going there parking their vehicles on road. Will Hucon solutions pay the challans of the people.

Hucon solutions should take the responsibility to have some parking space in the building.
